I have only positive things to say about Villa Sintica! We have been going for 4 years, sometimes twice a year and we have never had anything to complain about. The rooms are clean and look renovated. The food is delicious and is some of the best in Bulgaria. We especially like that when we ask for the chef to modify a menu item to fit our eating/dietary preferences, they do not hesitate to accommodate our request. The wine is possibly the best wine being produced in Bulgaria. The staff especially Rosen are friendly, helpful, provide delightful conversation and make us feel right at home. I have to give a special mention to the breakfast buffet, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the banana bread and I eat most of it every time I am there(this time I ate 3 platefulls of it) !!! My GF loves the mekitsi. I cannot wait to go back!

Very comfortable hotel with good size bedrooms & bathrooms. All necessities one would want provided in the room. The hotel has a spa and a really super outside pool - a lot larger than most hotel pools with a good size terrace and pool beds, terrace with tables and changing rooms if required. They are in the process of building an indoor pool for the cooler months. There’s a restaurant on site : unfortunately we were there on a Sunday night which is never the best night to sample the dishes but what we ate was good - although I would add that the two courses I ordered said they were flavoured with Bulgarian truffle and although tasty didn’t live up to the promise despite being almost double the price of other dishes ... so I’d stay away from those!! Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Staff are pleasant especially the two young men on the reception desk.

Being the Inn of a winery we arrived expecting to be able to order a selection of wines by the glass at the bar or dinner table. However only a few were on offer and none of them the wines with the local grape varieties we wanted to taste and buy. I feel this is a huge wasted opportunity : we were intending to buy 4 cases but came away with none. Great shame.

It is a good place to be at. The area is very green and the spa is amazing. Staff was helpful and super kind.

I think that some of the facilities in the room could be improved. For example the bathroom door was a bit old, and in general the room did not live up to my expectations. The rest - food and spa experience however exceed my expectations. If you are at the restaurant, be careful about the wineries own wine, as a lot of the wine is actually produced at other wineries. The wine was good but I thought that I am drinking their own wine, turned out that the wine was produced at a different place.

The villas are lovely and their own spa facilities downstairs really make a weekend here special. Food in the restaurant was superb and their own wine is quite good as well.

Overall fantastic place, but some bizarre design decisions which are suboptimal. For example there is no access to the spa from the bedroom, which are both in the same house. You need to walk an external staircase which is a bit unpleasant in the winter with just a bathrobe, especially on the way up when you are likely wet. Also, there is no table in the bedroom so we resorted to eating in bed directly from the plates. Room service menu also had nothing in common with the excellent choices in the restaurant itself. It is the same kitchen so it is a questionable choice to not offer the full range in the rooms.

Everything was excellent! The staff was beyond responsive and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the wine was exceptional. The villa was modern, comfortable, and with a cozy design and atmosphere. The attention to detail is truly impressive .

In the villa’s spa center, it would be great to have more comfortable seating options for relaxing after the sauna. Additionally, it would be a nice touch to include bottles of wine from the Santica Winery in the room, as these were not available in the minibar or room service menu.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! It was immaculately clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The food was **absolutely delicious**, offering a variety of options that catered to every taste. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The amazing pool added a perfect touch of relaxation to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable getaway!

Very well maintained spa property. We spent 3 nights there and took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool which is extremely big, the spa-zone which was very well maintained and garden which is spacious and great for walking-we were with our dog. The restaurant was fine dining and you could enjoy great dishes and wines. The breakfast was great, especially based on overall breakfast options in other hotels in the country. The staff was friendly and polite. Spacious parking lot.

City centre is a bit far away if you want to walk.

Surprisingly nice. First thing that is really nice is the location of the property. Right after entering Sandaski, it’s really reachable. Really clean, nice rooms, good spa and indoor pool alongside the outside one. The breakfast food was pretty good. Kaufland is also really close in case of need for shopping. Overall really good experience.

The restaurant within is a bit pricey for the portions they offer. The meal I took was literally four bites of it. And it’s a main dish. The staff knows very little English. But we managed. They are super nice.

Great comfortable facilities at Sansanski resort city! Well designed, well build, huge confy rooms. Very good spa with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi style indoor pool. Huge outdoor poll, was to cold to use it. Any way tried it once. All facilities looks like really luxury Villa at properties of real winery. So everything is looking great!

It was not easy to find the entrance, as goole map navigator was puzzled. But it is a problem of mapping, not a Villa. Still lot of construction on the premises outside, wish soon it will be done. So everything is looking great!
