We loved everything about our stay here! Costas and Anna made us feel sooo welcome from the moment we arrived and even let us check-in a few hours early which was very much needed after an early flight! Costas even come and picked us up from the village when our room was ready! Our whole stay was amazing, from the stunning views to Costas' famous omelette for breakfast!

The room was gorgeous, very clean, the towels and sheets smelled wonderful. The pool was jacuzzi was very big and private which was really nice and very hard to find in Santorini. The bed was comfortable and breakfast delicious including dressing pressed coffee which was very nice, fresh fruit. Anna was like a beautiful angel asking if I needed anything and generally very kind and helpful! Kosta for before I had arrived was very accommodating and informative and helpful! They are a beautiful team running the hotel and their positive energy is very evident in every detail!! Will definitely be going back next year, thank you so much!!

Loved the view and the accommodation. Spacious with amazing views. Kostas was on hand to sort anything you needed and Anna kept the apartment spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was fantastic, comfortable and spacious and the jacuzzi amazing. Perfect temperature. The breakfasts were amazing and brought each day to your accommodation. There was nothing we didn't like apart from the steep walk from town... We chose not to get transport so worked on our, calf muscles instead 😂 There are no sunbeds to lay on in the split level apartment however there is a quiet communal area with 2 beds and a fabulous view that can be used so problem solved...

1000/10. I made a mistake with my booking - the staff, specifically Kostas went above and beyond to make my stay in Santorini flawless. Whilst my partner and I were stressing about our mistake, Kostas planned the most perfect beach day and boat trip for us to relax - and reassured us things would be okay. The hosts' knowledge of Santorini and the local services gave us, a young couple with no itinerary, the greatest trip ever. We've travelled to many countries and cities this year, and truly this is the first booking review I've given, as it was perfect. You could tell the hosts really cared about people. It was more than just a place to stay and the services they could provide. Whether the guests were seeking peace and quiet, or were more outgoing, the hosts were particularly accomodating. We only stayed two nights but genuinely, by the end of the stay felt like Kostas was family. - Eli and Immy

Firstly I want to say that if you choose to go to Santorini and you don't know where to stay, you must read the comments and you will not fail to choose somewhere wonderful to stay in. Everything was more than fine. As all the people said, Anna and Kostas were lovely and they take good care of you. Excepting the iron, you have all the facilities in the room (including toothbrushes). Parking is near the suites. Breakfast was good but it depends how do you like to it usually. In this place you do not have a bufet. You receive eggs (fried or omlette), bread, croissants, jam, honey, greek yougrt (is optional) and fruits. For us was delicious and more than enough. I liked that they ask you if you have any allergies. The room in which we stayed was big comfortable and clean. We are more than satisfied. Hope this is helpful for who is reading. Everything about Black Diamond Suites was exceptional. The suite with its outdoor dining area, private jacuzzi, and balcony were private and beautiful. Anna and Kostas are the kindest and most accommodating hosts I have ever met. They made sure we had everything we needed, making car rental and airport transfer bookings and restaurant reservations for us. We arrived before check-in time, and Anna worked quickly to get our suite ready, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious every morning--especially Kostas' outstanding omelette! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of Akrotiri and Black Diamond and didn't want to leave!

We had an amazing stay at Black Diamond Suites with hosts Kostas and Ana. The room was spotless, spacious, super comfy and had everything we could need. The outside area was very spacious and private too. We enjoyed beautiful views from the balcony and the pool during our stay. The breakfast was really good with a big selection to choose from and all cooked superbly. One of the main highlights for us was meeting Kostas and Ana who couldn't have done more for us - nothing was too much and we felt at home from the moment we arrived - they had a real sense of what we needed and always brought a genuinely feel-good atmosphere. Thanks again and if we visit Santorini again we will absolutely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at Black Diamond Suites was incredible. Anna and Kostas are such wonderful hosts! They go above and beyond to provide you with the best holiday. Breakfast was 10/10, the restaurant and activity recommendations were 10/10. They created such a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for us! Not only that but the views are incredible and it's located in such a quite, easy to reach location. This place has everything. Cannot wait to come back! The best place in Santorini for sure.

We loved every single detail of the suit, the very best part was total privacy that we appreciated, the place is run by two beautiful persons Kostas and his assistant that were available when ever needed, the whole place was quite and relaxing, the beds are great, the showers are spacious and very clean, the pool perfectly placed and warm, the breakfast table facing the front of the property and the sea, and the breakfast meals were very good and tasty, the space was more than enough to feel comfortable and more like a summer home

Rooms have an awesome view from the patio and from the pool. The decor inside is really tasteful - the suite is all white with a few pieces of art depicting the ancient ruins in the town. Anna keeps the suite incredibly clean! We had breakfast made by Kostas every morning which was excellent - I recommend the omelette and the pancakes. It felt really luxurious because he made breakfast and delivered it each morning to our patio and we had a huge spread of food each time. Local wine is in the room for guests and if you want to have some local wine definitely take the offer the hotel has - we saw the same bottle of wine listed at a restaurant for literally twice what we paid for it at the hotel. Kostas recommended a car rental and I am very glad we did it - because of the location of the suites you will want an easy way to get around. The hotel is on the opposite side of the island from Oia and Fira which is nice because the area isn't loud, there's not tons of crowds, and it's just generally a much more peaceful experience (but you can't really walk to anywhere easily). Plus, you'll save a lot of money staying on this side of the island instead of in Oia so just spend the extra money on a car. Tons of friendly cats in the area - the staff will shoo them if you need them too but I thought it was very fun to let them sun on the patio while I ate my breakfast.

The tub is not a hot tub - it's kept between 30 and 35 degrees and I do wish it was warmer, especially on chillier nights. That said, I still used it twice a day! I stayed during off-season (weather was around 15-19 degrees each day) so to be honest I doubt this is an issue during May through September. The water pressure in the shower is not super strong but it's reasonable.
