Exceptionally clean and well maintained accommodation. Very friendly and informative host and team. Breakfast was a good mix each day and looked very impressive on the player when the host delivered to the table. Location very quiet and relaxed. The pool very big with sun and shade and good comfy loungers. View was incredible as you’re up in the mountain. The linen and towels were pristine white - wow! Maria Maria Maria 😍😍

The location is a little isolated but the owner can help with rides or restaurant pick ups. The roads are very narrow, I rented a small Suzuki Swift - good move. You’ll see a lot of locals in smaller cars due to narrow roads - think smart people. You can walk to the local village which is quaint and has a good few tavernas but it’s a very stiff uphill not for the infirm. The mezzanine rooms have a curved low ceiling - hit my head twice but only damage to my pride.

we had the most amazing and comfortable stay, our daughter's birthday was on the day of arrival, and the owner kindly decorated the room. The view from the balcony is simply incredible, the best I've ever seen in my life. swimming pool very nice, the beds are comfortable, everything is top notch. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. keep in mind, you need a car, and the last 100 m is the worst, because you have to drive through a narrow street. but the owner showed us an alternative route that avoids the narrow spot. by staying in acrotiri, you have the best of all worlds because you're away from the noise, but the view is simply amazing.

The room is big with a nice terrasse Breakfast is large and change a bit everyday (from 8:30 to 10:30) The pool is open from 8 to 8 with a very nice view on the Caldeira and many chairs to relax on The location is nice, close to the lighthouse for sunset, to red beach and Akrotiri city centre for restaurants Last but not least the young lady at the reception is very welcoming and very helpful with everything We had a very late boat to another island and we were able to enjoy the pool after checkout which was really much appreciated, thank you!

The hotel is on top a hill so can be hard to go up by foot but we did it and it is worth it to enjoy the view

We had a fantastic time at Sigal Villa! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable – great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is perfect: close to beautiful beaches and the Akrotiri archaeological site, yet peaceful with stunning views. The pool area was lovely and a great place to unwind. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, excellent value for the money.

The hosts are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was incredible with a huge sharing tray of continental and cooked options presented daily. The pool is lovely and the view is an absolutely stunning. Rooms are clean, pleasant and afford the same gorgeous view from your balcony or terrace. The village is lovely but a 10 minute walk. The downhill is easy but uphill during the heatwave was no go. The hosts organised for a small fee to pick us up. This hotel was great value for money and I would highly recommend.

This hotel is remotely located up a steep hill and without a car it can be difficult to navigate around the island. The hosts organised a hire car for us on our last day and prior to that offered a personal taxi service, for us to return from both the village and Fira. The bus stop in the village is however easy to find for day trips out of Akotiri.

The views are stunning. The staff are all lovely people and the breakfast is included and fantastic - homemade every morning! The pool space is very pleasant too. It’s very affordable for what you get.

They really should make more about quite how uphill the hotel is. We were told ‘a 15 min walk uphill’ from Akrotiri village. As fit young adults, we (naively) assumed that with 1 cabin bag between us + a backpack each, we could walk to the hotel from the nearest bus stop at about 4pm. We genuinely nearly fainted on the walk! More advice should be given to guests to take a car up! Also, sun loungers were all positioned in the sun - would be nice to have some option of shade! You can move them around though at least, just limited shade options still.

Amazing breakfast, kind people, owner very helpful- did a reservation for us in a restaurant with magic view and the taste of fresh fish 🙏! Want more! Very quiet place on the top of the hill in Akrotiri with magic view on the island. Reccomend more that luxury apartments in Thira or Oia, because these are overcrowded places without any privacy. Make sure you rent a car for your stay, its more accesible than walking up and down.

Epifanio and his daughter went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. They arranged for us to have a (free) pick up/drop off service from our hotel to a wonderful nearby restaurant and back on our first night there, they helped us rent an ATV at a great price, and even drove us to the shuttle to catch our ferry when it was time to leave. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely pool area overlooking the Caldera. We could see Fira and Oia from our room/the pool. Breakfast was excellent and differed each day. Kitchen staff was happy to accommodate specific requests. Rooms were spacious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in a room with the bed upstairs on a loft, and the A/C didn’t reach the bed area quite as well, so it got a bit hot.

We were so happy to find out that this accomodation is on top of the hill with breath taking view of the island. On one side is the caldera and the epic landscape of Santorini, on the other is the view to antient city of Akrotiri, the sea and high hills where antient city of Thera. The suite was spacious, extremely clean and well furnitured. Simple greek styl with very comfortable beds and sheets (!!). Our little balcony faced the pool and had astonishing view. About the road to get there - just take it easy, it is not that drammatic. There is one narrow passage, but you will make it. The host was a very pleasent person, the efforts that he put must be praised! His daughter as well, professional and available at all times. They managed to keep things very simple but still meeting high standards. Beside extremely nice accomodation they also provide a sweet and coasy family atmosphere. Our respect. We plan to come back :)

Beautiful location on the hilltop, overlooking the caldera. Lovely staff! Tasty breakfast - a different selection of breakfast foods every day. The pool was just heaven! Super-clean room - absolutely pristine!

It wasn't a problem for us - but the walk down to the village is rather a strenuous hike. I would say renting a car is essential in this location.
