Kalestesia Suite is amazing, and it looks brand new rooms! It is like villas, you can have privacy and relax in your private jacuzzi or in one of the two swimming pools. I got suite #1, which is very spacious, modern, with minimalist decorations. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is very silent and you can also get fresh air, as the suite has a lot of windows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They organize transportation for you in advance of your arrival and during your stay. They have a restaurant, and the food was delicious. The breakfast is perfect! The Caldera view is even better than the pictures. I loved everything about my stay there.

it was slightly isolated so a car is necessary to visit the main towns.

The breakfast was fresh and you had many options to pick from. The view was very nice since it was on top of the mountain you could see almost all of Santorini. The reception desk was very nice we got upgraded twice to the family suite. The main public pool is very nice and goes as deep as 1.8 meters and shallow enough for your young one to play in. The place has many opportunities to relax and hangout with some people. Then waiter at the breakfast bar was very nice and paid very good attention to you and would say hi to you throughout the day. They also have a dog there that is very nice and we loved how much she came over to or table. The location is very nice not even 5 kilometers out you have many restaurants to pick from and stores to go to.

The only thing I didn’t like about the suite was the trip to it. There is many turns and goes high up. There is this one turn that is very tight and I feel like anything bigger than a average car could not make it through unless you are a very good driver.

People first, Thodoris was very helpful right from booking to end of stay, he guided us well about how to reach, where to go about, what to eat etc.and anything u need during your stay he is just a call away. Now let’s come to food, just superb, breakfast their pool bar and dinner facility were too good and should not be missed.gentleman serving was always smiling and welcoming.he use to make our mornings fresh and happy. It has superb views as it’s on top of hill, but theo will guide you well about it. Good people, good food and great place to be. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and memorable one.

We had the most fabulous experience during our stay Kalestesia suites. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfectly organized by Teo, making our trip incredibly smooth and stress-free. The room was super nice—modern, clean, and with an amazing view that took our breath away every morning. It was such a peaceful retreat, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the tranquility. The breakfast was another highlight—super good, with a variety of fresh options to start the day off right. We also had a last-minute change of plans when our ferryboat was cancelled, and we had to stay an extra night. Teo once again came through for us, organizing everything smoothly, and we were lucky enough to get a superb room for the extra night. We were so happy with how well everything was handled! Akrotiri itself is such a picturesque place with charming cafés where we enjoyed delicious meals. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and experience the local flavor. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect, and we can’t wait to return. A big thank you to Teo for making it so special—we will definitely be back here for sure!

A fantastic stay at Kalestesia suites with my family. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The pool was clean and stunning location. The staff were exceptional and helpful (booking us car rental and restaurants etc). The location was ideal - quiet and tranquil somewhere to escape to after a busy day in the big towns. The views are incredible. Better than in the photos. Close to the beaches and the most stunning sunset imaginable from the pool side benches. Lots of local good restaurants as well as a drive to the big towns. There is a steep access road so good idea to rent a car. The location was ideal for our family. Breezy, stunning caldera view and very tranquil.

Our stay at Kalestesia Hotel in Santorini was absolutely exceptional. The view of the Caldera from the hotel was nothing short of breathtaking, especially during sunset. The rooms were immaculate, combining modern design with a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a daily delight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff went above and beyond, offering warm hospitality and valuable insights about the island. Their recommendations helped us discover hidden gems and truly experience Santorini. I can't recommend Kalestesia Hotel enough!

beautiful quality accommodation away from crowds with very attentive and dedicated staff splendid views of caldera and sunset very comfortable bed with high quality linen we could walk to Akrotiri - you need to hire a car and driving around the island was relaxed as low speed limits are adhered to and the roads are pretty decent (narrow stretch of road to hotel so don’t book a large car!)

hot tub wasn’t hot but that was my misunderstanding, the water was heated to around 30oC

What to say...it was awesome! Beginning with the personal, the 3 guys were awesome. Chatty, super friendly, informative and always looking for our best comfort. We got recommandations for sightseeing (spot on), restaurants (closeby recommendation: The Good Heart) and they ordered vehicles for us (the whole renting process was very easy). The room was the cherry on the cake. Due to a problem with the air condition in the room we booked we could choose another room. We don't know if it was a room upgrade (felt like that) but it was free of additional charges. Thank you for this again! The view was a dream (waking up with this view was amazing), the neighborhood was quiet, pools with the right temperature and Caldera view in front and heated pool behind (no view but very nice style) the house. The rooms got cleaned every day with daily exchange of towels. The spacy bed was awesome. The interior was modern yet very comfy. The room was in a new complex 150m away from the main complex. We had to walk to the reception, main pool (very enjoyable with Caldera view and poolbar) and breakfast which we enjoyed thanks to the amazing view from the hill where this hotel is located. The breakfast was rich, big and tasty and again the view was amazing. We had almost the same everyday but additional wishes were always fullfilled. It takes some effort to get to the hotel when you come by bus/foot, especially when hot and sunny, as you walk up the hill through the village (it feels like a labyrinth :D). But from what we saw even this we enjoyed as the village of Akrotiri is very beautiful. The hotel is at a very nice and quiet spot away from touristic trouble and with the close distances on Santorini we had no problem to discover the whole island from here (closeby recommendation: the sunset at the lighthouse west of Akrotiri is also stunning and easy to reach in 15-20 minutes with a quad). All in all we can absolutely recommend the Kalestesia Suites.

Nothing to add here except a recommendation for the owner: You could set up more loungers instead of/in addition to the reclining bags (the ones with the fixed backrests) around the new complex so that guests have more possibilities to enjoy the sun while lying down straight. But that's a small detail which didn't influence our impressions and rating.

The staff at this property truly made me feel at home from even before I arrived until after I left. As a solo traveler who was there working remotely it was a wonderful experience. From their thorough check in where they provided recommendations for local restaurants to their responsiveness to my requests, they were gracious hosts. I stayed for a week so I was able to try several of the recommendations and they exceeded expectations. The property is set at one of the highest points on the southern part of the island. The views from my room were spectacular, it was like looking at a beautiful painting, but it was real! It has amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. My room was in their new section where I enjoyed a private Jacuzzi, but I also went up to the main pool where I was able to meet other guests and socialize. It was the best of both worlds! The room itself was fresh, modern, and pristine. The breakfast was delicious. I can’t say enough good things. I had friends staying at other hotels around the island, so I was able to compare, and we all agreed that this was clearly the best.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t enjoy. I do recommend renting a car for your stay so that you are able to go explore the island, but I guarantee you will be happy to return to the calm of Akrotiri and the comfort of Kalestesia Suites.
