The main communal areas are amazing, the staff are helpful and the food is good. The pool is so lovely and there are plenty of loungers. The village of Akrotiri is also lovely - with lots of eateries and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and had great balconies

The rooms were rather basic, with no tea and coffee making facilities (a must for Brits abroad). Also the shower room was rather badly designed so you couldn't have a shower without accidentally changing temperature or the shower curtain sticking to you. Also, the breakfast is good quality but lacks lots of options

From the very first day we felt warmly welcomed at Paradise Resort. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and greenery, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and nearby you can find a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop, making the location perfect. The hotel is also just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Paradise Resort is very family-friendly, and pets are welcome too. The rooms are charming and decorated in a classic style, which adds to the atmosphere. In short: everything was perfect. I would give this hotel a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone!

George the owner & his family were very friendly & made us feel at home. Especially when they allowed us to bring out cat Locky, with us on holiday. It's our second time here, with a pet . They are very pet friendly . As they even kindly arranged to clean our room every day, while we took our cat with us, to eat breakfast. Of which the buffet breakfast was delicious.. Our room was simple,but with air-conditioning & an ensuite bathroom. Being on the 1st floor,it was nice & peaceful. We had a lovely view of the garden & wonderful pool. The location is great, being in Akrotiri. Near the amazing Akrotiri pre-historic town. Also there are restaurants, supermarket & little shops near by. While you have even access to car rental & bus stop, which help you have access with ease to the rest of Santorini... Thank you George & your lovely family, for making our stay in Santorini, fantastic!! We will be back again..

Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect – peaceful, quiet, with beautiful views and a great base for exploring the island. The pool was clean and well-maintained, ideal for relaxing. The room was extremely clean – 100%. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, and the owners were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and always smiling.

There were not enough phone charging sockets in the room – only one near the wardrobe and one in the bathroom. It would be much more convenient to have some by the beds. Also, there weren’t enough towel hooks in the room. Unfortunately, one of the waitresses was quite rude during dinner by the pool – maybe because I didn’t leave a tip the day before, which shouldn’t affect the service.

The pool area was really nice and relaxing. The landscape was well planted and attractive. The outside areas were good and clean

cleanliness of the pool area. It should we swept on a daily basis which it was not. I had to make a complaint to the owner about cigarette ends, old paper tissues and condoms on the floor around the sunbeds. It took him 24 hours to address the issue and still left a condom on the floor. This is a play area for children and is not acceptable.

Hotel is located at the very center of a quiet, very small and pretty coastal town. There are several very good nearby restaurants and multiple interesting sights within a reasonable walking distance such as the Akrotiri historical city, red beach and a small venitian castle ruin. There is a stop for the public bus at 3 min walk that will take you to all the main areas of interest of the island for 1.80 euros per trip per person. Personnel is friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast simple but included boiled eggs, toast, croissant, cheese, ham, cereal, yogourt and coffee. It gets a bit repetitive but considering the prices on the island, still good value. The restaurant at the hotel is quite good. The pool area is attractive and lush with ample amount of surrounding plants and birds. There is air conditioning in the rooms but remember to ask for two keys: One key has to remain in the room slot at all times to maintain power to the air conditioning unit while you are out. If you don't, the room becomes very warm quickly.

The rooms themselves are very simple- spartan: a bed, two lights, bedside tables, a chair. It didn't have much impact for us as we spent the vast majority of our time out and about but may prove disappointing for those expecting a bit more charm in their rooms.

Beautiful place, very clean pool, clean towels and room cleaned, beds made daily. Beautiful gardens, bus stop nearby for trips to Thira and Oia and Parissa. Bus service €2 anywhere. The staff at paradise could not do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go again. It may become my go to retreat for weeks peace in a beautiful spot place!

Wifi signal . if people needed to work from there. That’s about it, didn’t bother me but if people aim to take laptops and work they may have difficulty.

Lovely staff and facilities. Very comfortable bed.

Missed not having a kettle to make a hot drink in our room. Although they gave us one a couple of nights before we left when we asked for some hot water it was not offered as an option when we arrived.

The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was peaceful and quiet, no irritating and noisy background music and no loud exercise in the pool. Everything you really need is near: supermarket, restaurants, some sights if you need. Almost the best of all: good air conditioning in the hotel room. It is very important in the heat.

No easy beaches near. There is two but you have to walk pretty much. There were also pretty much stones in the water. You can go to easy beaches by buss.

Well situated in the centre of Akrotiri near the bus station and 1.5 km from Red beach and the Prehistoric city of Akrotiri, that was easy to visit on foot. The staff was really friendly and helpful and was able to answer to everyone of our concerns/requests. The room was clean and comfortable and the swimming pool was as shown in the picture. I would really recommend it to anyone.

I would only suggest to add some extra sun beds around the pool. Even though the breakfast was delicious I would improve the hot beverages machine and add a bit more choice of food.
