We had a wonderful holiday there! We were in deluxe apartment with hot jakuzzi on the big terrace. The apartment is just great- very cozy and stylish, very convenient and relaxing. The spacious terrace looks to the caldera. The hotel is located at a place that is not overcrowed and one can have peace and intimacy. At the same time it is just on the edge of the cliffs and the view is amazing. It is a big plus also that just below the hotel there is a beach with water sports. The hotel is located in Akrotiri which is not that crowded as the other villages and also if there is a wind there it is felt slighter and the terrace has a wind protection walls also. In general we think we did an excellent choice picking up this place. The value for the money is definitely great. It was very romantic as the breakfast was served to us on the terrace. The choice for breakfast is not so big but there is more than enough to choose from. All was very delicious but. The staff was very helpful and polite. We needed to do several changes in the reservation as the ferry tickets were over ( if you come by ferry, make sure to book your tickets immediately as they finish very quickly) and due to the strike we arrived late in the night but the staff welcomed and accommodated us. Sorry if I miss to mention something, but definitely recommend the apartments there- you will have a great holiday!

The location is perfect. We had a room upstairs and the view was breathtaking! It's very close to the center of the village and there are many locations to go eat. And also, it's very close to a supermarket. But the biggest plus of this location is the stuff! They were so sweet, nice and did their best so we have everything we need. I would return here with every chance.

Being on the cliff, it can be very windy. But i think it's worth the view! The breakfast has many options (eggs, cereals, pastry), but on the last days i was missing some vegetables. :)) I would've loved some salad.

The Hotel was lovely, clean with absolutely gorgeous views of the Caldera... The Deluxe spa suite room with outdoor hot tub looking over the Caldera was great & weather was perfect...can be bit windy sometimes but that disappeared quite quickly. Alessandra was a beautiful host & lovely person as was Maria & other staff... I thoroughly enjoyed my time here & would enjoy staying again when i return to Santorini... Thanks so much Alessandra!! 😊😘

The location was outstanding. We loved the views from our room. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect. The breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and just perfect. Pavos was all over everything and such a nice guy too

Can't think of anything to be honest other than the restaurants in Akrotiri should have been promoted better as we really didn't know they were there unless we looked for ourselves

The hotel has an amazing view. The receptionist is top class and offers prime service. We were very happy with the wine we got from staying here, so we bought 2 to take home. For people coming to explore Akrotiri and the sourtheren area of Santorini, this hotel gives a lot of value for the price.

The bathroom could need a serious clean up. Far away from Oia.

Avant Garde Suites offer a beautiful wide view, with an amazing sunset too! The breakfast tastes so good, and you get to choose out ot many options. As for the location, it's far from all the traffic and the crowd. Plus, it's less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful beaches. You can drive for 3 minutes to reach the boat taxi that takes you to the red, white and black beaches. The staff is kind and helpful. Thank you!

The room and toilet colors could be better. For example, more of a bohemian style with beige and black colors that go perfectly with the white, instead of the fuchsia/green.

Fantastic location, great room and wonderful team looking after us. The pool is lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy walk into Akrotiri for dinner.

We loved it all. Had a fantastic time and felt very well rested and looked after.

The staff went above and beyond to make this stay wonderful. It was very peaceful and relaxing, which is what I needed for this part of the trip. The breakfast delivered to my room every morning was a highlight. The beach below the hotel is a beautiful black sand beach, and I spent multiple nights watching the beautiful sunset from there.

Great place with amazing view! All was perfect, very clean, rooms had all what you need, including iron! Nice balcony with jacuzzi and comfy sun bad. The host and all staff was very helpful and kept the highest standard of service. Supported us with car rental, recommending nice places to visit or eat. It’s located in the area far from crowd where you can feel like on holidays! Definitely recommend this place.

The position of the structure is fantastic, directly in front of the caldera, with a great view. There is a pool and you can enjoy breakfast while watching the sea. Personnel was very nice and available to satisfy our requests

The bathroom is quite narrow, especially in the shower you can't move very easily
