Luxurious accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the other end of the island. Swimming pool was very refreshing. Beautiful views over the crater. Quiet. Good air-conditioning and excellent showers. small supermarket a short walk away and excellent restaurants on main road either side of the accommodation.

We actually liked being away from the main centre, but it takes about 40 minutes on two different (though cheap) buses to get to the main tourist area of Ia. Taxi/hotel shuttle exceedingly expensive. Breakfast was not terrible but nothing outstanding. Hotel restaurant very expensive to eat at.

Spectacular views of the Caldera. Most of the rooms have their own swimming pools on their terrasse facing the sea. Service is top. It is certainly one of the best spots, also far away from the crowds of Oia and Fira. Perfect romantic stay. Great staff always here to help. Rooms are spacious, troglodyte type. We want to come back!

Location brilliant, great views of Caldera. Quieter part of Santorini. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant - amazing cocktails! Reception arranged great tours for us. Possibly pricey but everywhere on Santorini is!

The Cave room was great with its own private pool, although this is not heated, so can be a bit chilly! Staff were exceptional and could not do enough for you.

The outside floor area around the private pool was a little tired and cracked in parts so could do with a little bit of maintenance.

This is a gorgeous hotel! They upgraded our room without additional charge because they had the space and we had our family of five. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the views were stunning. The pool was too cold for us to swim in, but this is likely because we were there in May before the weather had turned really hot. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is a bit of a drive to Fira and Oia, so we rented a car and it was perfect. It was actually nice to get away from the crowds of those two towns and we didn’t miss out on an amazing sunset. we highly recommend this hotel!

We went on our honey moon and had an amazing experiencia. From the staff that was amazing to the incredible beautiful room with private pool. The views are the best on the island and the fact that they give you access to  a beach club on a beach near by was ver nice. Its probably one of the best hotel we have ever been.

Some of the ítem we order on the breakfast got mixt up or not delivered some days, but no big deal

The service and staff was really wonderful. They we’re friendly and always ready to help. They also had some great suggestions for restaurants.

The facilities weren’t what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. The edges of the private pool weren’t really clean and the shower head was old and dirty. The tunnels to the rooms also carry sound so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel as it is quite noisy.

This place is magic! The views, the facilities, the rooms, the staff … all top notch!

The breakfast was just so-so, but it was nice eating at our room most mornings. A LOT of stairs. :)
