very well kept property and the staff is top notch. John at reception was simply outstanding and Dritta from house cleaning was loving towards us especially our children. John arranged couple of tours for us with home pickup/drop (eg catamaran cruise) and we got special Dolphins price 😜 Watching mesmerising sunrises from living room and bedroom balcony daily was a treat and running to the beach in under 2 minutes was truly a blessing. Supermarket in 50 meters and 10s of restaurants/bars 50 meters on other side was a Godsent. Truly loved the time spent here and would advise all to avoid expensive west course hotels unless you are on a couple/honeymoon short vacation. We rented a car and could reach all villages from Akrotiri to Oia in under 20 minutes and watched scintillating Sunsets from various points. ..enjoyed our swims in white/black and red beaches. Last evening of our stay we drove up to Pyrgos monastery which is the highest point of the island and had breathtaking views of Sunset and lit Santorini island villages. My only advice would be to seek sea facing rooms but do so only id you are ok to hear music from surrounding bars till 1 am minimum.

there is nothing that I can complain about but the wifi range/quality can improve.

Very near to the beach and it is in a lively prime-location.

Kitchen could have been made better by adding few more utensils, water-kettle etc. Wifi connection is not so good.

The beach was just steps away, and the location was amazing — everything, from bars to shops, was right around the corner! There were two staff members working the late shift who were extremely helpful and friendly — they even arranged for us to leave our bags at a nearby hotel as they were closing.

The location was excellent, the room was a standard one, which was traditional and clean. Nasia, the receptionist and the night shift employee, whose name I cannot remember , are both excellent employees , well done on this, hope you do not lose such employees!

Perhaps making sure that the equipment , such as fridges and air conditioning as maintained properly, in order not to have to ask at the reception desk for support. Having said that maintenance responded immediately, 10 out of 10 !

I am so very grateful to Anasiya, Jon and the rest of the Dolphins team (including the wonderful cleaning staff Linta and Sevi) who made our stay in Santorini so comfortable. The apartment is in a wonderful location with all the amenities you could need on your doorstep. It was a perfect stay and we very much hope to return to Dolphins again very soon. I could not be more happier with the attentive service received by such kind and friendly people who work hard to make everything just right.

The taxi prices are high but these are reflective of the island. It would be great to have gas stoves rather than electric. Other than this, no notes! It was a simply perfect stay and a real credit to the Dolphins team. Regarding some of the other reviews: our bathroom had a new shower fitted and we had no issues with it whatsoever. It was cleaned daily and impeccably! I also found the beds very comfortable and many of the mattresses were brand new. So perhaps Dolphins has been listening to the reviews and acting accordingly, which is fantastic. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you! 💙

Loved every bit. Comfy pillows with extra blankets, the sweetest housekeeper who came by in the morning to tidy our apartment and bring fresh towels, kind and helpful check-in staff, so close to the beach and so much fun bars and amazing restaurants.

Apart from WIFI everything was value for money, compared to UK the room and facilities within room is 50% more expensive...however the beach being 3 minutes walk away and an abundance of restaurants including sunbeds and bus to First 10 minutes walk away...it covers the additional expense. People are lovely, John was most accomodating.

WIFI! THAT IS IT...Couldn't call home to check on children🙄

the vicinity of the beach is amazing! The staff was very nice and the room was spacious

The furniture is old school and even though that doesn't bother us the bed i.e. mattress was very uncomfortable - this would make our stay amazing

The location was nice and the staff were good. The room was big and comfortable at a reasonable price. The room had air conditioning and was very clean.

I didn't like that the room upstairs didn't get any air conditioning and at night it was really hot upstairs.
