Great hospitality from Vasillis and the team when we eventually got the room we paid for, it was wonderful. But its very disappointing we mostly got ripped off by the booking manager.

Originally we didn't get the room we paid for, 2 out of 3 nights we were a significant room below what our booking stated. I would recommend if you want a private room with sea view and jet tub you ask for room 126 otherwise you will get a much smaller room with an awful shower over bath with a mouldy shower curtain and every man and his dog walking past to gawk at you. The first picture is the lesser value room, which we initially got, the second is what we actually paid for (a world between) unfortunately only had 1 night here after we complained it was not as advertised. When you work hard and only have a short holiday, this is very disappointing.

Very helpful staff, nice quiet location, comfortable and clean accommodation.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and the bar closed early 10pm so could not purchase drinks after this.

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful large pool with superb service, stunning view to the Sea, close to Kamari beach, polite guests, pingpong and billiard room, amazing rich breakfast under lovely shadow of old tree.

Our room didnt have any view at all - literally facing the wall, people passed by the balcony, which made it also dark and not so cosy as i expected. Was not good to us, who spent in the room much time. Room was stylish, but in hotel's presentation i saw just pictures of luxurious options, so the basic room was disappointment.

Steep hill up from the beach, which was difficult in the 34°heat, but not a huge problem

The room was exactly how I booked with terace and hot tube outdoor water , jut the hot tube do not have hot water, have water jet massage temporisation, but not hot water. the view is amazing, exactly like i I booked.

the room needs changes to look more luxurious,for example the curtain, the drapery changed, the bathroom The hot tube outdoor did not had the hot water.

The owner Mrs Maria has been given a hard time in some reviews because she is quiet and not immediately effusive- and that is totally unfair- she is a quiet but lovely person and went out of her way to accommodate my family's needs- even moving us to a more suitable room and being concerned and caring about my young child. Sammi at the front desk also went out of his way to help us and was friendly, professional and courteous at all times. Finding milk for my little one after hours and helping us with anything we needed. All the staff were really lovely and made me feel very safe when staying alone with my 2 year old, when my husband was called away. We had a huge room, with stunning sea views and a gorgeous private built in Jacuzzi that my daughter could use as her own little pool in the cooler mornings.

The steep hill is a bit of a problem, I certainly got a bit fitter pushing my buggy up the hill. I wouldn't want my elderly father staying there because of this and it did limit my enjoyment of being able to pop out to the beach or for lunch- we had to plan our excursions to limit the times we went up the hill. Having said this the hotel will organise transport to get about with no issues. Just like everything in Kamari- it's not cheap. This is no reflection on the hotel itself though, which is beautifully set into the hill with stunning views! I felt breakfast was a bit dingy but was a nice spread, a better coffee machine would work wonders!

We can totally recommend this hotel - due to his services, good breakfast and also location. It is very close to Kamari beach (50 metres). Kamari beach has lot of tavernas and shops, so there is a lot of things that you can do around there. If you get a car, it is also easy to get to anywhere on the island. Personal of hotel was very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and according to our expectations. Thank you guys for everything, we definitely want to visit again.

Very nice hotel, location, amazing staff ready to help with any of our questions - trip recommendations, attractions, taxi booking, restaurants. Especially room with the sea view was worth, as there was an amazing view during the sunrise and sun set, we enjoyed it a lot! Breakfast were lovely, enough choice, also yogurt, fruit and sweet option, changing during the week as well. Even small issues (AC, balcony chair) were fixed promptly. Big thanks to the receptionist, who added to the great atmosphere of our vacations.

Hotel is 'up' at the hill (8 minute walk from the beach), but without that there would not be that amazing view! We were aware when booking. Everything was great.

Breakfast was delicious- the best we had of the 3 places we stayed at on Santorini. It was a great selection that changed and the tree covered terrace where you sit was lovely. The pool area was lovely with views out over the sea beyond. Easy walk to the quiet end of the beach. Quiet and nice to be higher up. Loved the hot tub with views. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Everything:) very calm area, next to the beach, amazing breakfasts and all facilities (e.g.pool). The stuff were very helpful and friendly. The room was specious, clean and have beautiful see view. Many thanks for making our stay in Santorini absolutely fabulous.
