Small, lovely, centrally located on the promenade with cafes and restaurants, 30 meters from Kamari beach. Don't expect luxury, but simple, clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and daily change of towels and linens. Basic, but good breakfast, coffee machine. WI-FI only at the reception area. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view, a floor above the reception, so we could get an internet signal. Free public parking nearby the hotel. Great base to explore other parts of the island, with a bus stop around the corner. Good value for the money, reasonable price compared with other hotels. Friendly staff, very pleasant 4 nights stay, we'd like to come back.

The location was ideal. Staff was very friendly especially our host Sam was very informative about the island - very very helpful. The property is literally right in front of the beach. LOADS of food and restaurants to choose from Minutes walk from the bus station to go to fira

Room/ bathroom could have been cleaner and updated Hotel did not have an iron so that would have been handy to offer

Sam was a really nice and friendly host, who is always around. The location was also perfect: on the good side of the boulevard, so that the sound of the planes wasn't that bad + it's just right next to the boulevard. So when you walk out the hotel, you walk straight to the shops/ restaurants, beach, etc.

The shower didn't had a curtain or anything, so after a shower the whole bathroom was wet.

Breakfast is a bit monotonous and the rooms are simple , this may be a problem for some.

We loved Sam!! He was incredibly welcoming, made sure everything was perfect for us and truly brought a smile to us whenever we saw him. He was the best part of our stay by far. THANK YOU SAM!! God bless (: -Jen and Eric

Great place to stay for a few nights, my only complaint would be the wifi connection not being very good in my room, in the lobby it worked just fine. Clean, comfortable and amazing location.

Tha receptor was realy nice, he really make sure that we were safe. The room were clean.

The breakfast was the same everyday, but it was good. I just missed the eggs.

Hotel is very close to the beach, the host was awesome. He gave us a tour of the island map and we visited most of the highlighted places and did not regret it.

At first it was hard to find the hotel as google maps pointed us to the back street.

Breakfast could be better by adding some fresh pastries and hot food and a toaster for bread Don't like tablecloths as I' don't think they were taken away to be washed daily . A concern for breeding germs

We stayed for just 1 night on 2 occasions and the manager Sam was very accommodating and offered us a late check out on both occasions. Breakfast was very good. location is excellent.
