Family fun hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable room with a sea view (air con was amazing!) Breakfast choice was great including freshly cooked eggs. The pool was just the right size with a lovely pool bar and sun beds were always available (we went end of July in peak season) Great location within walking distance to all the Kamari restaurants, shops and bars.

Arrived tired after midnight + gentleman on reception was helpful, positive and helped carry bags to room without being asked. Room was spotless with complimentary bottled water. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh omelettes cooked on request. Staff were available, responsive, friendly, informed and informative. Checkout 11am. Concierge service for free secure baggage left until time for departure. Taxi for port arranged by reception arrived promptly. The entire hotel recently refurbished and absolutely spotless. Breakfast taken outside in well maintained garden of succulents. A no frills hotel, fairly priced with exceptional service, good breakfast and spotlessly clean.

This was our second visit to the Zephyros Hotel this year and we were delighted on arrival to be upgraded to the delux sea view room with hot tub, which was excellent and very much appreciated. The Hotel is extremely clean and tidy and all the staff are excellent without exception. The pool is a good size for a good swim, with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The pool bar provides a good selection of food and drinks with a very friendly service. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the sea front, with bars and restaurants, close also to a supermarket, the open air cinema and bus stop to Thira.

Beautifully clean and well presented hotel. Good size pool with bar and bar snacks available and comfortable sunbeds. We Our room was upgraded and was spacious and comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach, cafes and restaurants. A less than five minute walk to the public bus stop means you can access all parts of the island for euros a journey. We awoke early most mornings to walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrises. I will definitely return to this hotel.

WiFi was very slowly and air conditioning it was to warm in our room ,we couldn't sleep at night.

It was really close to the airport only about a 10 minute drive and also very close to the beach and the restaurants at only a 5 minute walk. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was lovely. We had aircon in our room and it’s needed with the Greek weather it can get warm sometimes during the evenings. We also loved the pool area. There is a bar beside the poor which does food and beer and it can all be paid for at the end of your stay which was super helpful. The staff were always at hand and were very helpful with organising transport to the airport and also to Fira.

Nothing, rooms could be a small bit bigger but apart from that no issues.

The staff makes this place. Everyone is so pleasant, can't do enough for you, and always have smiles on their faces. The pool area with the bar is beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and a gorgeous setting. Handy for public transport and easy walking distance to the beach. Our room was kept to a high standard. We stayed in a basement room, it didn't have a balcony but that wasn't an issue.

Sometimes hard to get a lounger at the pool, even though you are told not to keep loungers some people tended to

I couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. staff were friendly and helpful. cleanliness was outstanding, the room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily and our beds changed midweek. The breakfast was great, everything you could think of, pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Good snack food at the bar in the pool area. Amazing pizza! Mini supermarket few minutes walk and a 5/10 minute walk to the beach, near to the bus stop! great central location. Up a slight hill but easy to get to everything.

The hotel has a very friendly and warm atmosphere. That doesn't sound important but when you see a smile at the front desk or greeted at breakfast really adds to the overall experience which this hotel does perfectly. Another thing that made us really happy with the service was the help we received in taxi pick up from and drop off at the airport, both of which were fairly awkward times of the day so we would have really struggled booking this on our own; we also were given a mini breakfast tray early in the morning before our flight home because we would have missed breakfast otherwise which was so nice of the hotel. Family business who take pride in their hospitality.

The rooms was a little dated but you could say that adds character :) The rooms also have thin walls so you could people in the hallway very clearly and even into other peoples rooms; we were rudely awoken one morning by another guests alarm going off extremely early for a long time which was frustrating. Nothing against the hotel and their facilities though.
