The room, including the bathroom is quite modern and clean. Location is great, 5' from the harbor on foot. The manager is polite, helpful and flexible with the check out. It's clear that they care a lot for the quality they offer. Light insulation of the room is just excellent. Balcony door has an insect screen which is very important. Price is good for 2 people.

There is no good view from the room but there's not much to do about it, just mentioning it in case one is looking for a room with good views. There should be at least a couple of small bottles of water offered for free to visitors as a gesture of hospitality. Sound proofing could be better.

Lovely apollo studios, attentive staff, Andrea's so helpful, with information of the island, thank you Andrea's and your lovely mom, Ac fabulous, Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, rooms serviced daily, kitchenette was great everything you needed, 5 minutes walk to main square which had lots of tavernas, local shop, and beach ⛱️ 5 minutes walk, honestly this was an amazing holiday, locals are very kind and happy, food was fabulous 👌 We will return to this beautiful island, thank you

The location right in the centre of Livadia. Andreas and his mother Sophia were very helpful and the room had facilities and equipment to cook there. I was met at the port and Andreas helped me back there . Sea view.

The room was quite small and did not have a dining area as advertised. I had to eat my breakfast on the balcony table where it was very hot in the morning. There was not a lot of fresh food in the supermarkets to buy to cook

The host was friendly and helpful; he met us and rode us to the location with our luggage. The room has amazing sea view and was spacious and clean with daily room cleaning. 5' walk to all restaurants, central square, shopping facilities etc.

the air conditioning was a bit troubled but - to be fair - during our stay was too hot and humid, so bear with it :-)

The room is nothing special but it’s got just what you need to make breakfast in the morning. The AC works well which was good because it was extremely hot. There’s a nice balcony, not much of a view but it’s lovely to sit out of an evening or morning and watch the world go by. There’s a bakery 2 minutes down the road and 3 supermarkets near by. The beach is about 5 minutes away with some great restaurants to eat. The host was always near by and ready to help with anything you need.

The bathroom had an odd smell.

Location was central, studio comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. The shared sea view roof terrace was a great place to sit, read or just enjoy the view.

Unfortunately my room was double booked which did inconvenience me for a day as I was relocated to an alternative nearby hotel for one night until I could return to my originally booked room the following day. The owner was very apologetic and wanted to give me a discount. My point in bringing this up here is not to complain bur rather to encourage people to confirm their booking before the payment is made to avoid travel disruption and stress for the owner as he really tried hard to make it up to me and this hotel is worth staying at.

This remarkably well run property deserves a 10 because everything you need to enjoy your stay works .... cold fridge, instant air-conditioning, effective ceiling fan, intact fly screen, coat hangers with clips, comfortable beds and reliable wifi (think I even got messages while in the square). Across from the central square it's a small nest of studios with kitchenettes, many with sea views. Ancient dig themed front wall nice feature. Our newly renovated bathroom, a wet room, drained well, mirror had a blue tooth connection and useful magnifier. Huge roof top terrace with panoramic views of the port. You can relax there and appreciate the sea breeze on outdoor furniture. Plus there is a clothes hanging area with the cutest pegs for guests to use. Hosts Andrea and Irene attend to every detail, anticipate guests needs and have thoughtful systems in place to ensure everything in their control functions to a high standard. Extensive library of books in language order. Fabulous! Close to the night action at the square. Missing Andrea's good bathroom, evenly tiled floors and conveniently located power points already. All the restaurants we ate at in Lavadia port and beach front cooked up delicious food. Be ready to stay a while on lovely Tilos and eat out!

Can't image anything that could be improved but know if anything needs attention Andrea will fix it promptly.

Room was very clean, flawless. Host came to pick me up from port as well as transferred me when left. Bathroom had very hot water at all times. It is right next to plateia/ platz in case some prefers a central spot. It had a hair dryer, a/c, all worked properly. Room was quiet. Didn't visit the balcony. All places smelled cleanliness.

Clean well equipped apartment had everything we needed fan, Aircon fridge cooker kettle etc Great location for beach and restaurants etc Friendly and helpful staff, Thanks for a great stay

Nothing not to like

A super friendly welcome from Andreas to Apollo Studios. It's obvious he takes great pride in his hotel and in caring for his guests. We stayed in a spacious apartment on the ground floor. Well equipped and very clean. It has no view but other rooms do and there is also a rooftop terrace where you can sit with a beer and enjoy the sea view.
