The place is very peaceful, quite well located at the end of the bay (1h30 of walk to Agios Zacharias Beach and 1h of walk to Lethra Beach). We are so grateful to Kiki and the maid who were very kind and helpful. We had a car for 4 days and spent the last three days hiking and bathing. The beach in front of the hotel is stunning too. The water is pure and the sea ground has a perfect blue color. The island is great to explore and there were special happenings in the island during our stay like the annual electronic music festival.

Be prepared to a certain heat and humidity during summer. However the AC was sufficient not to suffer.

Super wonderful accommodation. At the end of the main beach, so it was quiet and spacious at the sunbeds. Less than 50 meters from our rooms to the beach. Rooms were clear and well equipped. Breakfast was hearty and nice, flexible to make the changes you wanted. The people running the place were super friendly and helpful, and everday we got to taste and try herbs and vegetables from their personal garden. We got a big bag of oregano from the mountains to take home with us.

Kiki and Yiannis were very welcoming and made our stay the best during our greece visit travelling to two other islands. We had the superior apartment which was well equiped with a big fridge/freezer. The beach with sunbeds, umbrella for free right in front of the hotel was a bonus point. We had the most amazing view with the sunrise in the mornings. Kiki picked us up at the port but is only a 15min walk from the port. A variety of tavernas very near by made the stay also special. We can highly recommend the hotel.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Yannis and Kiki did everything to accommodate us and provide us with a lovely holiday. The hotel is right by the beach, the rooms are lovely with wonderful views, the beds are comfortable, and a little pentry/kitchen. The location is gorgeous and we spent our days swimming in the crystal clear water. Kiki checked in on us daily and we thoroughly enjoyed her lunch each day; the divine meatballs, the prize winning Greek sallad and other yummy dishes.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a nice bathroom in a great location near the sea. The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was 10 euros which you can choose to have on a daily basis. There is also the option to have lunch, drinks and ice creams. Lovely place, we would definitely go again.

Good apartment, near beach, 7 minutes walk to city square but many restaurants along the beach. Quiet and clean. Wonderful owners.

Near nice beach with many sunbeds, quiet an clean. One bedroom and one room with pentry and table plus the Extra bed. Very nice owners.

Kiki and Yannis the owners were brilliant and met us at the ferry port and took our bags to the hotel while we walked down the front to the hotel. The breakfast was good and the apartment was so clean and kept well. The grounds were clean and tidy and the very short walk to the beach was a massive bonus.

Nothing, it was as close to perfect as you can get in this quiet little corner of the village.

We liked exploring the island on foot every day for a week. And we liked to come home to this lovely small hotel right on the sea front in Livadi bay. And we liked the choice of several tavernas within walking distance of the hotel. I especially liked the yoghurt and honey at breakfast, served with a smile on the hotel’s outside terrace overlooking the blue sea.

Breakfast was quite limited. And in our room we were plagued with mosquitos - but I gather this year was unusually bad for Tilos.

Simple, low key perfection. Fantastic rooms steps from a beautiful, quiet beach with hotel loungers. Kiki the owner is a superstar and will do anything to help. She also makes a fantastic Greek salad. Lots of tavernas and the port within 5 to 10 mins walk. We are already planning to return next year.

Lovely owners making us feel very welcome! Beautiful, peaceful position next to the beach. Bright rooms with balcony looking out over the sea. Great to have cleaning every day!
