We stayed in the Junior Suite at the beginning of June. The view of the Marina and headland is the perfect. Dimitris is ever present for queries/recommendations from hire cars, bus timetables, bars, restaurants and days out. Nothing is too much trouble. We hired a car from Dimitris for a few days however not essential as a good bus service to visit the island and all the beautiful beaches. If you’re looking for a chilled, stripped back break this is the place. 5/6 restaurants, bakery, supermarket and a bar with the most fab cocktails, music and amazing sunsets. Well recommended and we’ll be back.

Nothing to dislike.

We visited Neo Klima in June and it was spectacular. We had 5 days of warm, sunny weather and the place was very peaceful and quiet, especially when compared to the more touristy town of Skopelos. This family-run property is in a very good position, within a short walking distance from the beach and very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops. The host Dimitris welcomed us warmly and was always available for requests and recommendations. The apartment unit was equipped with everything we needed, it was cleaned daily and the sheets were changed regularly. We would definitely recommend it and we would love to come back!

There was nothing not to like Prime location, our apt was on the top floor facing the incredible Aegean Sea, quiet, safe, AC functioning 100%, super clean, restaurants in the area within walking distance, convenience store around the corner. We have no words for the owner Mr Dimitri; from the first minute he went above and beyond for us and with all his guests for that matter, he knew who was coming in and out of the property and that added an extra step of security. Simply phenomenal, will be going back next year!

There was absolutely nothing not to like

Mr Dimitri is a true gentleman, whom cares about your stay and wants you to experience the best from your stay at his apartments. The apartments are very nice and probably have the best views/position around. A few nice restaurants/bakery and bar all within view. You can even hire a car on the premises, the central location means your only 35/40 mins from either end of the island. If you take the water taxi it will drop you off right outside of the apartment, although the high speed boat (flying dolphin) is a fraction of the price and only takes 15mins dropping you 10mins away by car. I would recommend hiring a vehicle as thier is a special restaurant and beach on the island which are a must and not far away 20min.

The location is perfect - in front of the harbor, in the center of Neo Klima, next to supermarket, taverns and 3 beaches. We especially loved the Hovolo beach, maybe the most beautiful beach on the island, if you like deserted beaches. The host is amazing: Dimitris is a very hard working man, reliable, always available, ready to help and concerned about his guests' well being. He helped us with the transfer from the ferry to the hotel, with renting a car (the car rental office is at the hotel), with recommendations for anything we needed. The design is tasteful, bright and just enough. The room amenities are also thought through - there was nothing we needed and didn't have. The economy room is compact, but efficiently organized. If we were to come back in Skopelos, we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location is superb - in the center of Neo Klima, right next to the harbor. Within walking distance from the two beaches (Hovolo and Paraiso), tavernas, bakery, supermarkets. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The host is amazing. Dimitris is wonderful person, always available. He helped us a lot with everything we need to have the best holiday. We had a great time at Anna Maria - Vanessa apartments and highly recommended. Thank you Dimitris for everything.

Dimitris couldn’t be more helpful or welcoming. Helped us with so many extras, hire car, taxi, water taxi. And the apartments are beautiful. Clean, well equipped and a spectacular location. A fantastic bakery very close as well as 2 mini marts. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Nothing it’s exceptional.

Perfect location, close to the most beautiful beach on the island (walking distance),beautiful view from the balcony. Very calm neighborhood but in the center of the village. Close to the restaurants, shops, bus stop, car and boat rental. Very welcoming, helpful and warm owner, place run by very nice family, you can feel like home.

Apartment is a bit small, specially the bathroom.

The location is great! The owners are very very kind and helpful. Dimitri is one of a kind! They also have a renting car company so it’s extremely easy to book a car. The apartament was very nice, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

The cleaning is not one of the best. For the price we paid it could be a little more clean.

Beautiful location, very quiet, clean with all necessary essentials (kitchenette). Access to car rental from Mr Dimitris (hotel owner) made things so much more enjoyable. Walking distance to all stores, restaurants, beaches. Perfect location!!!
