Super clean, nicely designed, new, with friendly and kind staff. It’s near the center; restaurants and the main street is close by but far enough to have nice and silent evening. Bed and pillows were perfect for a good night sleep. There’s always warm water available and room is specious enough to move your things around, use table for lap top or read a book on a terrace

Air conditioning. It is a new air conditioning system but there was something wrong with ours. It smelled a bit like mold. They did try to fix it and technician was coming in but unfortunately it remained “smelly” When it works longer smell goes away and it is ok, but those first few min tend to be a little unpleasent

All staff extremely helpful and friendly, from front desk staff Vasso and Irini to the cleaning ladies. Front desk staff very patiently provided information and answered questions. The entire property was immaculate. The whole crew clearly takes pride in the place's appearance, from the pool deck area to the pool to the individual rooms. Location was great. Quiet and out of the main tourist area, yet an easy walk to the waterfront area/town with some great restaurants/tavernas along the way. There is room for a few cars to park on the property. Can't speak for the other rooms, but ours had a nice view from the veranda (and I believe all the apartments had a veranda) of the town and harbor. Altogether had just a wonderful time on this property.

Only two things could have been improved. We found the wifi to be almost painfully slow; also, a microwave oven in the room would have been nice, but the room did have an electric kettle.

We had an apartment with a sea view which was lovely. The room was big and modern. The shower was amazing. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk into the town, on the sea front so lovely and pleasant. The nicest restaurants that we tried were on the walk into the town (the restaurants we tried in the town were nice but just a bit above average). The staff were very helpful and the rooms were super clean.

The only thing that could be improved is more comfortable outdoor chairs

Property was amazing! Really modern. Self catering so came with a toastie maker, toaster kettle and filter coffee machine. 5 minute flat walk away from the port. Close to where all your tours will start and so many restaurants close. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful

Aircon restricted to 26. Room was quite warm and aircon wasn’t close to the bed which meant we took a while to cool down but for the space and the hotel itself this didn’t ruin our stay at all!

The Sunrise Village Residence is a beautiful and modern property that has clearly been renovated with care. Its location is excellent, offering easy access to the main attractions of Skopelos. The overall ambiance of the place is lovely, and we appreciated the clean and well-maintained grounds.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The beds for the children were made from standard sofas (not sofa beds), and unfortunately, they were quite small and uncomfortable for sleeping. Another downside was the lack of blinds or shutters in the windows, which meant that by 6 AM, the rooms were flooded with light, making it difficult to sleep in. Lastly, it was a pity that there was no bar service by the pool. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink or a snack while relaxing in such a beautiful setting.

The room was lovely, location was great just a short walk to the main town and there are some lovely tavernas on the way. There is a beach right across the street or you can catch a bus from the town to the other side of the island. The room decoration was gorgeous, really modern and the staff were lovely, very helpful. There is a pool and although the pictures are a little deceiving there was always space to stay for a little. Guests seemed to consider others and stay for a couple of hours then leave. So very nice. Air conditioning is both rooms.

The bathroom, although gorgeous, needs frosted glass all the way to the top. With two teenage boys it wasn’t the best design as they could peer over. Slight smell from the AIr conditioner when on. If you do catch the bus from the port to the other beaches you need cash. Cards not accepted. Although you can exchange cash from the kiosk across the road there is a €3 charge for this. Each way is around €3.40, concessions for 6 years and below.

The hotel was a lovely 10 minute walk along the beautiful beach and there were restaurants and a supermarket along that route. The room was really large a beautifully designed - it had all the amenities we needed and expected, including a smart TV, which was a lovely bonus! The pool was perfect to lounge at at the beach was only across the street!

Not much to complain about - it might have been nicer to be able to buy some things food-wise on site as the supermarket was a little bit further down the road. Additionally, the aircon was directly above the sink so it was freezing when you were brushing teeth or standing at the sink but really not a big deal

The decor is lovely, we had a room overlooking the pool with a spacious balcony. Clean room and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. Skopelos is a quiet area, would be perfect to disconnect. Overall if returning to Skopelos I’d stay again at Sunrise village hotel apartments.

The bathroom being made of glass with only an opaque strip in the middle was not ideal as it gave limited privacy in the bathroom. Also the bathroom window had no shutter so when the light came in through it in the morning, the whole room lit up very bright with the glass walls of the bathroom reflecting the light. This made it hard to not wake up early.

Spacious, as 2 friends travelling together we could splits the beds, plenty of hanging space, cups, plates, glasses, comfy beds & sofa, big mirror, tasteful decor which made it stand out & was unique. Nice balcony with view of pool. Easy walk to town, with good eating places on the way to enjoy the view of the port! No complaints & room probably bigger & better than we expected! A great stay!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The room is well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. Beautiful view of the sea and the harbour. The garden is well kept and beautiful, the pool water is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly!

There was no such thing. Maybe that there is no drapery, so the room is bright in the morning. If you want to sleep late you have to manage the sweeping. We solved it with the bedspread :)
