Absolutely fantastic place and location. 10 minutes walk to the port and the local beach. The view from our room was stunning. You could see right across the sea. The owners were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Great selection of restaurants and bars in the port. The old town was only a 20 minute bus ride into the hills and was so pretty. Great selection of restaurants as well. Great bus service locally. Would need to hire a car if you wanted to venture further around the island. Would definitely come back and stay at Kalithea Studios

We met Mr Vangellis (host) whom was pleasant from the very start & showed us to our room downstairs & other facilities (pool area etc). Room - as is listed (size wise) is a bit small, but, with enough area to move around. Balcony leads to decent views of the sea, & has an umbrella - should one wish to open & enjoy a snack/drink in the morning's sun. Decent sized cupboard - to store your belongings also present. The main 'Patitiri' area strip/shops are a ~10min walk away. A couple of nice local bakeries are close by, so, breakfast/coffee isn't far away... Note of credit: There was a tiny water leak on the supply hose to the toilet > we brought it to Mr Vangelis attention > it was replaced/fixed in no time. Thank you Mr Vagelis & family/staff. A great stay at your establishment, 'Efharistoume' :-)

Due to my partner having some movement difficulties, it would've assisted greatly IF there were some 'hand rails' leading up & down the stairs . . . (I;m sure & confident the owners/Mr Vangelis will consider this fixture/addition in the near future).

Room was great, very lovely sea view. Easy access in and out. Felt very safe, as everywhere in sporades. Balcony was nice....also an umbrella for shade. The owner was there when we arrived, was helpful and advised of the nearest beach, which was nice. Shower was good. Air con worked perfectly. Huge fridge, had kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom was small but completely adequate. Excellent value for money. Used pool, nice for a quick dip and a lounge. There's not lots of space for loungers though..

Liked everything, really. Perhaps could have done with a bin in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. My partner thought the bed was a bit small. .

Kalithea means beautiful view in Greek and that is exactly what you get when staying at Kalithea studios, the room is clean and comfortable with a large fridge and excellent shower but the highlight is opening those blue balcony doors to the most spectacular view of the Alonissos coastline and neighbouring islands, it was majestic! (my photographs really don't do the views justice, you have to go there to fully experience opening those doors for yourself) The owners Nicolas and his wife(unfortunately didn't get her name) were wonderful hosts, providing anything we needed for our stay at the last minute as our ferry back to skopelos had been cancelled. Great swimming facilities and such a peaceful setting with only a short 5 minute walk from the port of Alonissos/restaurant area, would have loved to have stayed there longer than one night, highly recommend this place!

The only downside to my stay was that it was only one night, Nikolas and his wife's hospitality was excellent and I would have liked to have stayed longer as they made me feel at home.

Fabulous location close to stunning beach and Patitiri town where the ferry port is. Stunning views and gorgeous pool which we practically had to ourselves! Very friendly owner and family who were very happy to help when needed

Bed very uncomfortable but other than that for the price this place was ideal. An addition of sun loungers on the roof top balcony may be nice but isn’t essential given the pool

The view and location were fantastic and use of the pool a real bonus.

The bathroom/wet room was small and not something we prefer. The room and furniture were dated but adequate. If you want luxury, this isn't for you, but if you want basic, value for money accommodation, this is! We had a great stay but just showered and slept there and used the pool!

The apartment was only a 10 minute walk uphill from the ferry but the view from our roof terrace was spectacular and well worth every step. It was the end of season so we were the last guest there and had the pool area to ourselves which was a real extra bonus. We spent a a very relaxing few days here and would thoroughly recommend it. Wish we had seen more of the island but there is always a next time.

This place is wonderful, it’s such good value for money. The view from the balconies is absolutely stunning. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Pool was amazing and the family running it were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and Alonissos is fab.

Having a wet room bathroom was ‘rustic’

The room was average size with a large balcony and provided a kettle, AC, refrigerator. A pool was available next door for us to use. The sea view from our balcony was incredible. We blew a fuse and brought it to the attention of the owner. It was promptly fixed. The owner and his son were very nice and helpful.

It was on the third floor with no elevator, but we got our steps in!

Typical budget Greek. Small room, big fridge but kettle only. Great view from the balcony. Pool was a god send and for the price you won't get better. Owner was friendly. 5 mins fro the supermarket and walkable to all local amenities. Alonissos is a beautiful place.
