We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view over to Skopelos town from the balcony and stunning pool area. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop to the beaches.

Steep walk up from the town was tiring especially in the heat. Shower room floor was damaged from a blocked drain and leaking shower doors, the manager did his best but this needs a permanent solution. Also if you are unlucky enough to get rain at breakfast time there is nowhere dry to sit or put out the buffet!

This property is located away from city but close enough to walk to dinner or the market. They offer a variety of rooms to fit your specific needs. The breakfast had multiple options, mostly homemade, some items include a variety of eggs, sausages, local meats, cheeses, yogurts with toppings, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice, tea, & coffee. The views are spectacular & you will definitely want to save some time for relaxing on the property to soak it all in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I might suggest an option to have beach towels for use.

The advertising photos showed a pool and bar area, which we were later notified was under renovation. We were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience, which was a good gesture. The advert also stated breakfast was included, but this was not operational or communicated. Perhaps adjusting the advert, would help improve the rating, so that guests expectations would be met.

Wonderful Hotel, we had an apartment which was a great size. On arrival we were met at the port and taken by vehicle to the hotel, this is a free service that the hotel offers. Rooms are tastefully furnished and have everything you need. Outside balcony is a good size and has wonderful views of Skopelos town. It takes about 10/15 mins walk to the main town area, there are some great restaurants and bars on the way. The hotel is up a little slope so may be difficult for someone with mobility issues but we had no issues with this. Breakfast was great, good selection and omelettes cooked to order. The bar area is again wonderful with beautiful views and l must say all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool Area has very comfortable sun beds and no reserving of beds is allowed or done by other guests. The hotel grounds are kept pristine by the staff. On our last day we were able to have a shower in the bathroom by the pool which is great. We had a wonderful 6 nights at this hotel and definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay.

The setting was breathtaking, we stayed in the villa which was beautifully done. Staff are efficient and helpful.

It would be churlish to pick any negatives about the property as they clearly try very hard to keep customers happy and invested in the properties. Let’s focus on the positive which are plentiful.

A better question would be what did we not like. This is my first and probably only review on booking.com. I’m not one that takes the time to do that. But I cannot resist writing how great everyone treated us here and how wonderful our experience was at Evlalia. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Katarina, Anesti, and Adonis are the absolute best! We had a phenomenal view of Skopelos Town from everywhere on the property, especially from their pool side bar and infinity pool. Breakfast was on time every morning. The property was extremely clean. They provided excellent services to get you around Skopelos. They were helpful in arranging for reservations at various high demand spots around the island, including the best restaurants available. The owner, George, knows everyone there and could not have been more accommodating. He even arranged for two private boat tours for us both around Skopelos and Skiathos.

Everything was great. All the food (breakfast and afternoon/evening food available from the pool bar) is prepared by an excellent, very personable chef who is present every morning at the breakfast bar to greet guests and cook food to order, always with a smile on his face. There was a great variety of food at breakfast, from fresh fruit of every kind to yoghurt, local honey, pastries both sweet and savoury, and cooked food. All the staff were lovely, attentive and very competent. The owner himself collected us from the port at no charge and returned us at the end of our trip, giving us local recommendations along the way. The room was exactly as advertised, with a beautiful view over the pool, the sea and Skopelos town. I would visit again.

We were at Evlalia for our mini moon and it was everything we hoped for and more! The hotel is beautifully decorated. We stayed in one the suites which had the most glorious view of Skopelos town. Although you do have to walk into town, it is the most beautiful walk listening to the waves. The staff were warm, attentive and fantastic. George (the owner) was especially helpful, driving us to a beach one day as we didn’t have a car. The pool area, breakfast area and bar were all great. We would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here, our room was beautiful and the pool facilities were incredible. We got picked up from the port by the hotel staff and they also helped us organise renting a car which was super helpful. The walk into town was so easy - it was an ideal location for a beautiful view while still being close enough to the town. I would definitely stay here again

The air-con was a bit weak for how hot it was outside and would often turn itself off which was a bit frustrating. Also for how much you're paying for a room, you'd think they'd be able to provide water bottles when they clean the room but honestly neither are a big deal and would just help continue to improve an already wonderful experience.

Absolutely everything. The young staff were all so friendly, attentive and helpful, creating an energy of their own. The manager, as well as the owner George were were helpful with providing information. Despite being a 15-20 minute very easy and lovely walk to the town, the location is superb. Part of the walk home is a very manageable uphill walk The views from the room as well as while swimming, relaxing and eating breakfast are outstanding. The breakfast was very good with a good selection and fresh eggs being made by the chef. I would definitely recommend Evlalia to my friends.
