Location,amazingly tasty and varied food,beautiful beach,cultural programme every night

As a couple we were given a room where 2 single beds were pushed together instead of double bed as requested.Allergens should be indicated at each dish to avoid asking staff members re same all time.Room had a phone with no directory and it also did not connect to the reception.Phone was dusty so guess nobody uses it as it connects you to nowhere.Our neighbour kept smoking on balcony.This should not be allowed in non-smokers side of the hotel(I had not requested smoker's room).Water temperature in shower kept changing and some mornings water was barely warm.

The resort is very nice, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. We stayed for six days. The buffet is very varied, and each dinner has a different theme — Italian, Greek, Asian cuisine, and more. Overall, the food is quite good. The all-inclusive option allows unlimited access to the bar, with drinks available at any time, along with fruit, ice cream, and small pizzas throughout the day. The staff is very kind and truly hardworking. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned daily upon request. Guests can stay in the resort and continue to use the facilities — including restrooms, the restaurant, and showers — even after check-out time, if their flight is after 11. The beach is just a few steps away, with soft, light-colored sand and calm, crystal-clear water, not far from the port. The resort also offers well-priced excursions and organizes evening entertainment, including DJ sets and karaoke. The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything is well organized.

Unfortunately, if you don't reserve a sunbed by 9 a.m., you risk not finding a spot. Some guests even had to rent a sunbed at the private beach club next door. The resort should consider adding more sunbeds to ensure availability for everyone. Some of the sunbeds are brand new, while others are quite dated — it would be nice if they were more consistent in quality. The smell of food is also very strong and tends to enter the rooms if windows are left open, and it lingers throughout the entire day.

The room was basic, but we had everything we needed. Air conditioning was perfect; it worked well and was very quiet. The kids loved the swimming pool. It's spacious, clean, and warm. The hotel is located on a fabulous beach. It's sandy. The water is clear and pleasantly warm. The sea stays shallow for ages, so it is safe for the kids. The food was very tasty and there was plenty of it. The staff couldn't be more friendly. The hotel is located near the main street with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, and travel agencies offering trips to various tourist landmarks. Our family had a great time.

The food at all meals was really very good, with a wide range of dishes catering for varied tastes. We were able to find loungers in quieter spots. The sea was lovely and great to swim in. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

The usual lounger hoggers were a pain, especially when they didn't use the chairs for many hours at a time. It's no use simply putting signs up. The afternoon wind was really strong one day, and some of the smaller, lighter umbrellas were simply not strong enough. Somewhat dangerous as well, as they were being blown over. The glazed bathroom door might have seemed a nice feature, but not when it would not remain shut on its own and had a 2cm gap down one side! It also meant that the corridor lights outside shone into the room all night. A towel over the window helped a lot!

Food is very nice, as well the restaurant staff.

Access to the beach/stairs damaged, safety barriers destroy your sea view.

The structure is excellent for families, especially those with children under 4 years old. It has 2 swimming pools dedicated to children and 1 very large one for adults. It is easy to go from the rooms to the swimming pools and reach the sea. It is a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport (the fare usually costs between €35/€40). The food is very nice. Lots of assortment for everyone. The chef remains available for any specific request, he helped us a lot with our 19-month-old son. The guys at the bar did a great job. I also found the lifeguard's behavior very professional as he maintains order in the pool to allow everyone to relax and have total fun. The guys at the reception were also accommodating. We appreciated the entertainment evenings because we had difficulty leaving the structure with a small child. It allowed us to have fun without worrying about logistics.

The structure has many open spaces, however it should increase the shaded areas since when it is very hot the available shady spaces are few compared to the number of people in the structure. So a few more gazebos or a few more covered areas could be a useful shelter for those with children or for anyone who needs a cool area. However there is the restaurant area equipped with tables which is always well air conditioned. Another point that I think could be improved is the access to the dog-friendly facility from the beach. Perhaps it would be appropriate to put some gates to prevent dogs from passing through the structure undisturbed. For those who have small children, dogs roaming free can often represent an element of concern (to be avoided).

It was a really nice place. Very good that the sea is immediately at the hotel, just a step to go into it or get back for a drink. Beach was calm and nor crowded, the sea is getting deaper slowly, so good for families with little children. Sandy beach. Room was quite good size and cleaned every day. All ibclusive food and drink was middle qulity, but this is not the most expensive place, so it make sense the quality. But there were always multiple choices, so we could pick up something. There were alwys fruits, which were good in the hot weather. We were able to use other hoteks from the chain too, so when we made a trip to south of the island, we had a lunch in other Zante plaza "for free". It is a good possibility :-)

Many nights, there is a loud music or somethig different show until 23:00. We usually skipped it, as it is not our favorite one. (But many other people attended it, soit was good, just we do not like them - we know that in such place, there are always such party)

Compact hotel with crystal clear beach just few steps from pool, restaurant and rooms. Food was various, mostly local greek cuisine but children could also find their choices (pizza, fries, chicken). Worth for your money.

I do not have any negative things to raise though for many guests who used to luxurious 4 star hotels it may be a disappointment. But if you like the sea, good food and just relax, this is a great choice for yout money. So I gave 10 points!

The food was just amazing compared to other all inclusive resort the variety and the freshness of all the food is exeptional in this hotel. Location is perfect right at the sea and close to the center. Staff is really friendly and helpfull, it was a nice experience overall.

The little window we cant close in our room in the bathroom, so all the noise from night parties came in, was very loud. No door or curtain on th shower, the whole bathroom was soaking after a quick shower. Some part of the hotel needs renovation especially the beach area where they closed parts as it was almost collapsed. Kids plageound and resting area also shows wear. The drinks quality seemed very cheap, I would have spend more to receive more quality drinks during a holiday.

Location is great because you practically live at the beach. The food was great, a lot of variety and very tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. Amazing logistics work to prepare so much for so many free loaders. There is food available almost all day.

Drinks are sufferable. The beer is the only drink that is just ok. Water, juices, wine, all the drinks were of low quality. The equipment is old, remotes don't work, cards open more than one door or not the proper door (the staff compensates this). The worst part are the guests. Most of them are so rude, that sometimes we thought we went back to Neanderthal age. And the hotel allows people to reserve tables and chairs all day, in spite of some not sitting their ass in the chairs all day.
