a great restaurant by the pool with the tastiest food and lots of options and good prices. beautiful bar with huge variety by the pool as well. good breakfast. helpful reception. amazing pool. swim up rooms excellent. perfect location.

as a Greek I islandhop every single summer. neverever in my entire life, nowhere, have I been charged extra for A/C, for this, and for that. just include them in the price and rise them so it doesn't feel like a scam. people travel with their own budget and not everone is prepared for suddenly paying extra for everything. there were not enough sun beds. everyone reserved them from early morning but still our towels were thrown to the ground twice. I wanted to start an actual fight for this but my children hold me back. hotel needs to fix this.

Great pool area and right next to all the action and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. We had a 2 level room which we really liked. Cleaners came in and cleaned every day. The pool bar snack area was really nice. Great value for money overall compared to the cost of a hotel in the dreary and expensive UK!

The shower room was a wet room but didn't slope towards the plughole, meaning it was really difficult not to flood the room, as the water went under the door. This was only a minor thing though. Breakfast was ok for 6 euros per person but not amazing. Glad we booked room only.

Upgraded to suite the day before I arrived, lady in reservations was fantastic in accommodating request. Room was fantastic, cleaners did not come until late afternoon but after asking if this could be changed, they did so straight away and came earlier in the morning. Pool was great as was the bar area. Hotel location was ideal for town and just a short walk to the beach

We arrived ill from being in hospital, we had sat for hours not knowing where we would go because our holiday had ended whilst my daughter and I were patients. I booked a standard room and when we arrived the lady yiota seen the state of us and asked us if we would like a room we could see the pool. I said that would be nice because we were isolating. She actually meant a room with a private pool. I couldn't believe the kindness. People like her make the world a better place and not because of the upgrade but because of the empathy to our situation.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff, every day clean room, the sea only about 150m, breakfasf was the same every day, but there was everything we needed. Dinners were ok. :-) We really enjoyed our stay a lot.

I was really dissapointed with the temperature of our private pool, it was cold as ice and for us it was impossible to use it. If I knew, I would not pay for this kind of room. Also the big pool was very cold...

The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The chief lady at the reception desk is very friendly too. The location of the hotel is very good.

We were originally given an old room, but for an expensive extra charge, we could go to a modern, refurbished room. The breakfast was the same every day. The wifi is not very strong. The parking lot is small, sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space. Some staff members and guest were smoking around the pool which was very disturbing especially with our baby.

The property was astonishing with very very nice rooms and a great pool area connected to it. The breakfast was amazing also with buffet. We had booked the budget studio and the staff upgraded us to a top floor suite which had a jacuzzi (at an extra cost) and a terrace area overlooking the town. It was very generous and we are still very grateful. Location was good and close to a beach. There were bus stops around to get to the main town if needed.

The staff were very friendly, however the one thing that seemed a bit off was their reluctance to tell us about the KTEL busses which are the public busses. They were very eager to get us onto the private bus transfer for 26€ despite me specifically asking for the KTEL. That is the only thing that seemed a bit disingenuous to me.

Re-furbished rooms were amazing! Having a private pool and another larger pool for deluxe suites were a major plus as we liked to get some quiet when we are sunbathing

Nothing! We chose not to have any air-con as this was €7 a day and we thought that was quite costly but luckily our room was in the shade throughout the day so didn’t need it as much.

Swimming pool was amazing very clean big and beautiful also pool bar access

The hotel charge air conditioning €7 extra per night which it’s first time to hear that cuz in the hotel price it’s always included also u need to pay it cuz it’s so hot u can’t stay without it and they know that so I don’t like the steal money like that not cool also very bad thing was that no hand soap shampoo or anything was included for cleaning I was lucky I had my bathroom kit and also the upper age of the building where is stayed smell like toilet all the time bad smells all day

Nice pool and friendly staff.

Noise every morning from the cleaners talking loud and letting doors bang.
