The location and view are amazing, looking out over Ilulissat and Disko Bay. The buffet breakfast at the Brasserie was very good and the views from the attached deck are amazing. It's a short 20 minute walk into the centre of town, but the local community shuttle bus also makes regular stops at the hotel. Getting to and from the airport is fast and easy. If you have the opportunity, splurge a little and make a reservation at Restaurant Ulo (it's upstairs from the Brasserie) . Fine dining with local ingredients and easily the best dinner that we had in Ilulissat.

The room was a bit warm on sunny Mid Summer days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

The location is incredible. It’s close to the airport, it’s a short 15min walk to town. The view of the entire Disko Bay and all the icebergs was unbelievable. All rooms have this view I believe. We had the room with an outdoor patio deck and that was really nice to have. We had to reduce our booking from 3 to 1 night and they were very helpful and flexible allowing us to change in multiple times even on the day. The breakfast was nice.

The restaurant timing for dinner was very strict 6-9 and our boat tour was 7-9 so we didn’t have time to enjoy dinner there but their food looked really good.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sea view room I booked was nothing short of breathtaking! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and at ease. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to ensure all my needs were met with patience and care. It really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I stayed at a double superior plus room, it was spacious, clean, had a fridge, tv, wifi and a pot for making tea/coffee. The south-western side of the hotel overlooks the bay with the icebergs. Breakfast was included in the price and was good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is pricey, but unfortuntely this is the case with all acommodation in Ilulissat. Also, avoid the restaurant after breakfast - it is expensive and the food is not enjoyable. For good food go to H8 in Okaatsut

Breakfest was very good; the room was spacious, a small balcony and big windows overlooking the bay. This was a delux number though, and seemed to be only one in the hotel. Very good restaurant dishes.

we had a suspition that the cleaning was not done daily, and that towels were not changed. The hotel is a 30 min walking from the town, and you need to be ready to walk uphill at least 30 % of the dustance boths ways. There is a bus however as well.

The great location, the hotel’s interior, and the cleanliness of the room were all impressive.

The check-out time is too early at 10 AM; it should be changed to at least noon. Additionally, the shades in the room are not effective at blocking out daylight. Since it remains bright for 24 hours, it is very difficult to fall asleep.

The view is stunning from the hotel room. The breakfast is good and the front desk is friendly

It is a bit walking distance from the hotel to city centre. Either taxi or shuttle bus will work. The room is way hot even opening the window.

Great hotel with fantastic views from hotel rooms and restaurant. Spacious, modern and very clean room/bathroom with large panoramic window overlooking Disko Bay and its icebergs. Very friendly & helpful staff. Tour booking company (World of Greenland) on-site. Fantastic breakfast buffet. In-house restaurant serves very good lunch & dinner. Complimentary shuttle to airport and hourly service into town.

Great breakfast with fresh fruit (oranges, watermelon and honeydew)! Haven't had much opportunity to eat fruit and vegetables while in Greenland. Convenient city shuttle stops at the hotel.

Very nice hotel with scenic views. Good breakfast and superb experience to have while watching icebergs. Perfect! Transfer to the airport very convenient. You need to calculate in like 15 minutes walking to the center
