Large rooms compared to popular nearby hotels. Nice kitchen area with large fridge. Location conveniently a ten minute walk from the centre, but in a very quiet location. Breakfast was more than adequate - not a banquet but all you really need. Television in room modern and accepted Apple Airplay casting connection. Fast internet.

Restaurant only served one fixed meal in the evenings, and bar closed very early. But minor issues as hotel walking distance from restaurants, bars and takeaway outlets.

i mostly like the staff, first time in Greenland we had many questions about Nook , Culture and getting around , we got so much information from the women in front desk . they shared a lot and made our stay special. the room are very convenient , reasonable size and had everything we needed including small kitchen to make smakk meals. breakfast was nice and location was also great , few minutes was to the center

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! A special thanks to the friendly female receptionist on the evening shift on July 18th, who waited past closing time for my late check-in and even returned to assist me with inquiries after leaving. Her dedication was truly appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh options. Overall, the warm hospitality and attentive service made my stay memorable!

Quiet location within easy walking distance to essentially all places of interest. Very personable staff. Good breakfast. Very spacious apartment.

Lack of a handrail to assist in climbing / descending the 5 - 6 steps between the entry level of the apartment section of the hotel to the level at which the apartments are located.

Excellent location. Hotel provided information on places to eat that was particularly appreciated. The lobby has a gigantic map of Iceland. Contactless entry was easy. Room clean and comfortable. Adding a power strip for charging electronics would be helpful. Outlets provided are hard to reach.

The room was very comfortable and convenient. The staff is very friendly and warm and go out of their way to achieve things for you...especially the manager Mr. Mats...he was absolutely cooperative and accommodating! Will always recommend them to our friends.

Limited menu for vegetarians

Everything was awesome! Great value for money and the staff helped me to make sure my trip to Nuuk was comfortable and action filled. Breakfast good for vegetarians too. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect location; not too far from downtown and other sites. We were able to catch a taxi outside of the airport when we arrived and the hotel staff gladly arranged a taxi for the morning of our departure. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed our cozy room with plenty of amenities.

If one doesn't have transport, the walk to town, and especially the scenic old section is on the long side (although as seasoned hikers/ mountaineers this was not an issue for us!)
