It's about 10 minutes walk to the Aurora Airport. I loved the small garden they had, it was well maintained and I enjoyed strolling. The room was charming and clean, it would be perfect if I had a desk or small stool. I stayed only one night before the departure from the airport, I wish there was a hotel like this in the central area so I could stay longer.

Nothing really---f.y.i., you need to put the left handle all the way up to the left (in the room I stayed) and wait for a while, 3~5 minutes to get hot water for the shower. Then you need to adjust precisely with the right handle to get the correct temperature.

The place is nice and clean, the staff was attentive and answered my questions and also responded via the booking website.

Although they advertise that there is a an airport shuttle available, this is clearly NOT stated that it is only from 11pm to 6am and the rest of the time it is actually just an Uber option for which the guest has to pay for. You have to dig deeper into the hotel page to see that it says that the shuttle "is an additional cost". Adding an additional US$15 to the rate of the room, it would have been better to stay somewhere more economical.

So close to the airport, and the staff were fantastic. The women who staff the kitchen are the same women who ensure the place is spotlessly clean from top to bottom, always friendly and smiling. We all muddled our way through the language barrier - very warm staff. We found little nooks and crannies for enjoying a coffee or book around this deceptively multi-room hotel. It is much larger on the inside than it appears from the street.

At first glance, I was not sure what to think. Vast difference from Cayalá. By nightfall (5:30pm), the hotel and dining room were filling up, and it reminded me of The Marigold Hotel. Lots of friendly exchange amongst the guests.

the hotel staff was responsive to all of my written inquiries; the hotel allowed me to leave my bags there until check-in; the kitchen staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent; the room was very comfortable; the location was perfect for easy access to the airport and the hotel arranged for my transportation to get there.

Maybe the hotel could be more proactive in letting guests know that in addition to serving breakfast in the morning, there are other meal options that the kitchen can prepare for its guests at other times during the day. I discovered this when I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew of any food delivery services to the hotel. I was happy to find out that I had the option of ordering something from the hotel kitchen.

The property is clean, well located & has nice spaces inside & out to relax. Some lovely birdlife in the garden too.

Noise travels through & under the room doors so you can hear everything in your room. When we booked into our room we weren’t told we’d need to switch rooms for the second night. We returned from a day trip to find our first room being cleaned “around” all of our stuff.

Staff is really nice, friendly and welcoming, but they don't speak much English. I was ok - it really was, but it doesn't live up to the pictures. Overall satisfied with my stay. I had i nice night after 20 hours on an airplane, and before going to Antigua.

I did not get breakfast. I went to the breakfast room, the server came in 3 times served another table but did not serve me. So after waiting 20 minutes I decided it would be faster to got to the airport even earlier and get something there. It’s too bad because the food looked delicious

It’s just 3 blocks from the airport, huge rooms, clean and quiet. very fair price.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice gardens and resting areas. Breakfast was included and generous. Everything was great!

Nothing in particular. It’s an old house that has been modernized. It can have problems like water pressure or smells when you start the shower but nothing major.

Great location 5 min walk from the airport. It’s a very bare bones place but we only stayed a night before flying out. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a big shower which was nice. We also had some reeeallly tasty pancakes for breakfast.

Not necessarily a complaint but be aware that there’s supposedly another hostel with the same name that comes up on Google maps as In & Out Hostel. What you want is In&Out Hostel with no spaces!!! We almost ended up somewhere a few minutes drive away.

It's very close to the airport and its nice and clean as well as very comfortable!

There was a bit of noise at night from the windows in the room leading to a common area, where there were some people or some other guests drinking until late. Luckily we had earplugs to sleep.
