The staff was wonderful everywhere: the front desk, the cleaning team, the people who served breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. It's actually behind the Westin Camino Real and is part of the same chain, but because it doesn't have a fancy lobby or stores inside, a pool, etc., the Biltmore is a lot cheaper. The hotels connect from the inside though, so it's very easy to go to the Westin for dinner, or just to enjoy drinks at the lobby.

My only complaint is that the walls are thin. I could hear the neighbor's tv, and also every time someone showered or came in or out of a room.

The location was perfect, smack in the middle of "zona viva" (zone 10) in Guatemala city. Despite ongoing remodeling, the property was immaculate and has very convenient access to the luxurious Camino Real (also Marriott) where all the amenities that Biltmore lacks can be found. Very good breakfast!

The room did not have a lounge chair (just the desk chair). No coffee station (or pot) in the room.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Biltmore and our second time loving it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately. The gentleman that helped bring our bags to the room was SO very professional and polite. I asked the front desk staff if I could email them my bus tickets to be printed and they very kindly obliged. Breakfast is phenomenal at The Biltmore. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, always checking to make sure that the food is fresh and in good supply. They offer to take your plates when you're done, and one gentleman offered to make my coffee for me. All of the staff performed their duties with pride and professionalism.

Recently and tastefully renovated, friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, great location...close to airport and nice dining and shopping areas.

While the hotel is very nicely renovated, the style is a bit sterile as compared to other hotels in the area...but that is a super minor criticism.

Staff were really kind and gentle, they were always available to help us. Room was comfortable. The location is excellent malls, attractions etc, are minutes away.

Breakfast was good but there were not many options, I visited in December and we had pancakes, waffles, different type of eggs, so this time I wouldn't give it an excellent. We found dirty clothes and containers still with food,from a previous guest under the bed.

Good, clean rooms. Easy check in. I only stayed here overnight before catching my flight.

I booked this hotel because it had a gym, but the gym was a complete joke. A treadmill, an eliptical and 3 sets of free weights - 5 lbs, 10lb, 20lb. I would not consider this a real gym.

Lovely staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. We had trouble with the in-room safe and they fixed it right away.

They are redoing the hotel so there was no bar or business center or pool at the moment but they did offer us use of the nearby Westin pool.

Large and comfortable room with two double beds. Kind and helpful english speaking staff. Breakfast was good.

Traffic in Guatemala is disastrous. We arrived in the evening around 6pm and it took almost 40 minutes to drive the last 2kms! Not the hotels fault but make sure you leave enough time.

On this trip I did 2 bookings The first one I was on 4th label for some reason water in the shower was nice and hot second week I was on label 2 water wasn’t hot

The pillows were Okay, but a little thick to my taste, I'd prefer having one soft and the other hard.
