very spacious room. the rooftop jacuzzi is very nice in the evening. the breakfast buffet is so various with cooked meals or fresh raw food. every morning it was super tasty! the food from the restaurant is too delicious. the service is very fast. the staff is so friendly i wanna say a big thank you to the guys from the restaurant, especially to Vini, José and Diego. they are doing they're job great and are always friendly faces and up for a chat. I also want to say a big thank you to Carlos from the lobby. he gave me great suggestions where to go. In addition, carlos got me safely from A to B and did everything to make sure I was safe. i am very greatful for that! the girls at the receptions were always very helpful!

there is not much space to hang out at the rooftop, only 3 chairs and then one sofa, which is not really necessary. you could exchange that for chairs. the first room was not so clean at all and there were many hair on the ground. in the second room i could't use the fridge because they needed it to turn off because it was too noisy and they could't fix that. they could add some allergy signs at least in the menu card. there should be an information board with things like breakfast hours, restaurant opening hours, checkin/out hours and so on.

Location! The hotel is in Zone 10th. Also, the Zone has some of the city's better hotels, cafés, and restaurants along its path. The airport is close to it. The best thing in this hotel is the employees! They're awesome! Always attentive, willing to satisfy our request, informatives,friendly and knowledgeable about their job. Excellent breakfast. Front desk personnel make this process smooth and reliable. We had a situation with our room, and they resolved it as soon as possible. We were highly satisfied with the new room! Shuttle services were efficient and secure. It's worth the price!

The staff were excellent, kind and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room that contained a sofa and two sitting chairs, as well as another sitting chair in the bedroom. The king-size bed was plush and comfortable, and the pillows were top notch. There was ample lighting throughout, with overhead lights, floor lamps and table lamps. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic selection and the seating was spacious and comfortable. It was, by far, my favourite place to stay in Guatemala and I'm only sorry I couldn't have stayed longer.

The shower made a loud noise when the tap was turned to hot water.

This hotel was a perfect pick for my last nights. Lots to do in the vicinity and relatively close to the airport. Just a few blocks from Plazuela España and with excellent views of Avenida Reforma. The room was spacious. The shower strong and glorious. The suit had a small couch and a kitchenette. The rooftop pool is small but the Jacuzzi is nice on cool nights. Too bad it closes at 8:pm.

I can't think of anything I didn't like in this hotel. I'm very pleased with my stay.

Excellent hotel. My room was really big, comfortable king bed, big TV, water, coffee, tea for free. Very nice bathroom. All very clean. But the best was the view (11th floor) on the city and volcanoes behind. Even better view from the top floor (18th) where I also enjoyed in jacuzzi (did not work, but the pleasure was to be in warm water and watch the panorama of Guatemala City). Staff was nice. Breakfast very good, with a lot of tropical fruits. Location of the hotel is excellent, lovely area where one can walk safely. Several restaurants and two big modern shopping malls very close.

The location is nice and in a safe area. Lots of hotels within walking distance so finding transportation is very easy. The rooms are in excellent condition. Black out curtains, nice big showers. Sitting area, tv, and room safe. Stayed in Room 1205 and the view is amazing. Saw the sunset and volcano in the background. Gorgeous! Had the hotel breakfast and it was very generous: omelette station, juices, coffee, beans, plantains, hotel specials, and the menu changed a bit the following day. Great way to start your morning!

Only issue was there was a club downstairs (not sure if it was in the hotel or in a neighboring property) that had very loud music until about midnight. You could hear people enjoying themselves. It wasn’t too obnoxious but if you’re a light sleeper it could have affected your sleep.

I think that the balance between price and value and service levels is just right.

I think that in the case of a „no show” the hotel should try and contact the guest before cancelling the room and giving it to simeone else. Sometimes the travel circumstances are quite difficult but the guest would like to have the room immediately ready on arrival. I am not sure if that’s what happened in this case but it does happen often in many hotels.

The roof top jacuzzi is great but not when there's screaming kids splashing about in there. Well located for the airport and it's in a nice part of town. It's quite a walk into the main square but there's taxis and Ubers are really cheap.. lovely staff and very cleqn

Not the.end of the world but after a long day when you want to relax babies and small children should not be allowed in a jacuzzi.

Everything is so clean and comfortable! Walking distance around the city. The hotel has a terrace and a jacuzzi. It has a small gym but well equipped. The early breakfast is great and is courtesy of the hotel. I really loved the room. I went to Tikal and came back to the same hotel because it was really a great stay. Super friendly staff! Great view from my room!

The location is great for restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean.

I went to ask for help to scan the hotels information at reception two members of staff were on duty. One was very unprofessional laughing and joking with the other menber of staff and completely ignored the fact he was trying to help me. The hotel states they have a complimentary taxi to the airport, this same member of staff who was laughing and joking the night before told me they charge 125GTQ there were three members of staff at reception at that point not one questioned it. I took a photo shot of the hotels information and showed it to her and then at that point the taxi was complimentary. I have stayed at this hotel three times before.
