Nice, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything very clean. Good room service. Close to all the other good hotels in Guatemala City, some OK restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the airport, but still quiet. The staff, especially the bell boys, are super nice and friendly.

Breakfast buffet if not included is way too expensive at 19 Dollars. Better go for room service, the continental breakfast comes at ca. 7 Dollars and had all I wanted, coffee, juice, bread, butter, jam and a nice platter of fresh fruit. The balcony would be much nicer if it had at least some furniture, like a chair and a table. At first I was given a room inferior to the one I had booked, only after I complained was I given the one I wanted. This left a sour aftertaste. Might have been a mistake, but might also be they just tried.

Loved everything. The lady who checked me in (I think her name is Danielle, but I may be wrong bc this was almost a month ago now) was just stellar! I arrived early in the morning around 7am, tired out bc I'd been up the entire night, so I wasn't thinking straight. It was like she knew I needed extra help. She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.

I didn't like the food choices in the neighborhood but this isn't an issue with the hotel itself. I had half my meals in their restaurant and they were good. I'll definitely be back if I decide to stay in Zona 10 again on my next trip.

I really liked the hotel; their staff was very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was amazing.

Doing my reservation through Booking did not work. When I called the hotel, they could not find my reservation #. I had to do a new reservation directly with the hotel, which was a bit more expensive and the hotel wouldn't honor Booking's price.

The location was fine and convenient to the highway and other shopping areas and restaurants. The room was fine. I believe all hotel rooms look the same with your eyes closed. Because that is pretty much all I do ibn the room is sleep. Clean sheets, a good shower and that's all I need.

breakfast buffet was great i think it was false advetisment online saying you have free shuttle and when i was at the hotel i was told the shuttle was $15 each person after i was checked in i couldnt do anything i was very dissapoited of the kind of advertsiment

The beds were so comfortable, I really didn't want to get up, also the breack fast really good, and the locarion in the city is son central, esay to get, walk and go to places. really good hotel

Rooms are clean, staff is amazing, the location is great, and so many restaurants around the building

Rooms are a little too small , need a full bar that way the guests can enjoy a few cocktails and socialize with another guests

I loved the breakfast on Saturdays they had chicken tamales my favorite, it was awesome. I also loved the fact that Holiday inn is surrounded by several other restauraunts.
