Large and luxurious rooms, comfortable beds. Good location (think Zone 10 generally is good): 15 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes drive from the centre of town (Zona 1); lots of malls and restaurants by the hotel.

Seems common in Guatemala to just give a bar of soap, but from a 4* hotel would have preferred shower gel, especially as nowhere in the shower to put the soap without it falling down Small gym seemed ok, but didn't use it as couldn't find it at first : Signs all over the hotel and in the lift wrongly say it's on 1st floor, when I asked at reception my last day they said it's actually on the top floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. What really made our experience stand out was Benjamin at reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. His service truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place and a big thank you to Benjamin!

Hotel is in a perfect location in the city, which is called Zona 10. A short drive from airport. There was some work being done to the outside of the property, but the inside was clean, more than I expected, and had a unique charm. Room was huge! Staff was super friendly and even helped us book transportation to Lake Atitlan for the following day. Its walking distance from malls, food, and entertainment. There is a bar/restaurant on property but we didn't make it there since both times we stayed, our arrival time didn't match opening hours. If you check out their website the pictures are exactly true to what you'll get. Would definitely stay again!

The beds are comfortable it is clean and the staff is responsive. What I really like is being able to soak in a bath full of hot water followed by a shower after a long tiring day of travel. Not very many hotels that I've encountered have a real tub that holds water and the water here is hot.

The hotel location (zone 10) was convenient shopping, restaurants and more importantly in a safe zone. The suites were very large and comfortable and reasonably priced. Motorcycle parking in the underground parking garage was a bonus.

Nothing worth mentioning. It’s not a new building so it’s a bit dated but otherwise in good repair.

Nothing for the kitchen, made it unusable. Not even one pot or pan, and for travelers its a must for a hotel with a kitchenette.

Awesome hotel, great location near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The suites are large with cooking facilities, living room and balconies. Rooms are well furnished with antiques and heavy wooden furniture, wooden floors and nice amenities. Basic gym with universal and cardio equipment. NIce restaurant with outdoor seating.

There was a lot of traffic at night around the hotel and there's a casino downstairs which I wasn't expecting.
