One of the best beds we slept on! The room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom had amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower cap! The reception and the night porter were also very helpful as we arrived late with our toddler! We had a lovely breakfast at their rooftop terrace! We were travelling as a family and La Inmaculada Hotel definitely fulfilled all our requirements for a hotel in Zone 10 in Guatemala City. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any other traveler or families!

We did request a travel cot in the room but that was not provided. The room had an extra bed queen size that my daughter slept on but that wasn't safe for a toddler.

It was a pleasure to return to La Inmaculada after our trip to Tikal. This time we stayed at a suite, actually Suite # 14, which was great with one exception: Hot water would take about 10 to 12 minutes to reach the washbasin and shower... Front desk service was great. Actually, Don Leonel, the doorman, deserves a special mention! He is a a true gentleman, extremely helpful and respectful. Thank you, don Leonel!

Cold shower, as noted above. Also the extremely weak, lukewarm and almost tasteless breakfast coffee. However, this appears to be a generalized issue in Guatemala, according to my experience in Tikal. Actually, when I mentioned that I was so disappointed with Guatemalan coffee to a taxi driver, he said "Guatemala exports excellent coffee but we do not have a coffee culture!" La Inmaculada would certainly be an even better hotel if its restaurant could offer some good, decent, breakfast coffee to its clients!

One of my favourite stays in Guatemala. The 'tents' (more like mini lodges) are dotted along the hillside, so you have the privacy of an Airbnb but with lovely staff who are always willing to help you out (food, transport, even helping me when my laptop charger broke). Watching the sunrise from bed every morning was magical, and despite it being Guatemalan winter I was never too cold - the blankets/bedding provided keep you warm. Yes, you have to climb a few steps to be afforded these amazing views and seclusion, but everyone should be more than capable of doing this. An easy 10 minute walk down the road into town, or a cheap tuktuk ride on an evening when its dark - this was never an issue. The showers were super fresh and had a great supply of hot water, which is hard to come by in many places.

Nice hotel with a garden where you can relax if you want to have a break. Located in an area with great restaurants and nearby the shopping mall. The breakfast (omelette) is delicious. The staff is super nice from the receptionists, to the security guy, to the guys who prepare the breakfast. Thank you to all of them. I will definitely come back again here. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful ladies at the reception, Fernanda and Allison, for arranging my transportation to Antigua.

Front desk and doorman service were excellent! Breakfast options were good but coffee was terrible.

Breakfast coffee was extremely weak and always lukewarm. It would quickly get cold. It was simply undrinkable! Thus, one morning I asked for a cappuccino, which was brought to me in a huge mug. It was also lukewarm, weak and with virtually no foam. I managed to drink about half of it. Since cappuccino was not part of the regular breakfast, I was charged extra for it. I should have returned it.

This hotel is a small green oasis where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of Guatemala City. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or a bite to eat in the evening. We stayed here after a late arrival at the airport and loved it so much that we booked it again for the night before our flight home. Highly recommended.

No windows in my room ( Breakfast starts from 7am, but they just open at 7 and nothing is ready since is ordered by the menu (so understandable) but maybe someone informing at the front desk is convenient. I arrived at 7, I should have leave at 7.45 to the airport but food arrived as 7.30 and I had to rush while I could have done many things in the 30’ waiting if I knew it. That’s is, is just a detail, the breakfast was very good.

The location was fabulous. Very nice hotel, really nice sheets and pillows. Kind staff. Great breakfast! It does have an indoor, safe parking, which was a nice surprise as it showed as not having parking on your site.

The building is lovely, but it looks a bit tired. The bathroom did not feel clean due to the lack of maintenance. It was clean, but it "felt" dirty. The air conditioning is old and noisy and the light of the screen on the unit was right on my eyes the while night. It would be great to have towel hooks in the washroom. The shower leaked from underneath unto the outside floor which is slippery.

A lovely small hotel with nice, spacious room, soft bed, hot shower, beautiful garden and lovely rooftop café. The hotel arranged airport pick up for me which went great. The staff was friendly and helpful, really the best team I have ever met, they really helped with anything I needed. The breakfast was tasty and I loved the rooftop setting of the café where you can have breakfast. Everything is within walking distance, the area is as safe as it can get in Guatemala City.

The hotel was located conveniently in the hotel zone (Zona 10), where you can find many eating places (particularly recommend El Remo Cevichería) and I liked that it felt like an oasis, as it was a cozy little boutique hotel rather than a big hotel. - An Uber ride from the airport to the property is pretty cheap (around 30-40 GTQ) - the staff is really friendly, they also helped me arranging onwards transport to Panajachel on Lake Atitlán (USD 35 on a shared door-to-door minibus) - the room was generous, super clean and had all the amenities one would expect. Shower water pressure was excellent! - the included breakfast was offered in the rooftop restaurant / on the terrace and was really delicious. - the hotel is ideally located to visit Popol Vuh museum dedicated at Maya history and Ixchel Museum for indigenous clothes
