Very cozy cute and clean hotel in a safe surrounding which was only a one hour walk or 15 minutes drive by Uber to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good :))

Unfortunately the walls are very thin (like everywhere in Mexico) and I was disappointed that guests and the staff made such a noise during the whole night. At 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 am everybody was talking, opening and closing doors and putting things from here to there. So sleeping was impossible :((

The room was actually a small apartment with an equipped kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a double bed. The guy at the desk was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for a night while we did the short trip to Flores and Tikal. It has real hot water in the shower, not the ubiquitous crazy electric water heater heads that only partially work

Beds were a little hard. The location is a bit weird, as it's in a gated community, but it's a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. An airport shuttle would have been nice, but taxis are ok

Brekkie was good. this place is down a hill and out of the way, big time!!! however the manager is a gem, beds are very hard. Mall close by but the helper boy gave me the wrong walking directions.

The room was much larger than expected, it was more like an apartment with a sitting area, dining area, kitchenette and two small bedrooms with doors. Not sure if this was an upgrade or if the room description was just lacking this description. The breakfast was also lovely, like a European style desayuno tipico set in nature on the backside of the property with a very natural background, making us forget we were in the city.

The location was a bit far away from stores and restaurants and in a gated-community. However, both Ubers we called, were able to find us quickly and efficiently.

The location was in a secured area. The room itself was quite large with a sitting area and dinning area. There was natural light coming from the ceiling which made it bright without the use of light bulbs. Also, the property had hot water which was important to me.Breakfast was also free. I like the fact that they called me to remind me the times for breakfast.

Nothing much except that the property had stairs and I was put in the 4th floor. I had ankle surgery so it was my fault that I didn’t notify them to put me on the lower level with no stairs. But the staff helped carry my luggage up the stairs to my room so I was happy.

The hotel is in some sort of gated community. It is very cute with different terrasse levels. The room was quite large and had a fan. The bed was comfortable. Not all every person working at the hotel speak English, but they are all incredibly nice!

The floor looked a bit dirty (but I don’t think it was, it was just the look). The sheets had some small stains.

It is quiet. Very quiet. You can only hear the songs of birds. No traffic noise, no discos. Quite a surprise for a hotel in the center of the capital. It is an older hotel but quite comfortable in a residential area. Very safe to to walk around the area in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi was excellent.

The staff were amazing, particularly the kitchen staff. I had an upset stomach and they brought my breakfast to my room. The place is in a gated community, so it's very safe, secure and quiet.

The wifi signal was incredibly weak in my room.

We liked the fact that the rooms were like entire apartments, and breakfast was included and even delivered to the room upon request. The hotel is inside a gated community, so it is a very safe location. We loved how the hotel is built like you discover something new each time you explore it. And it is pet friendly as well , we were traveling with our dog.

The property is a bit far from the nearest stores, so you need to take a taxi or drive to get to shopping, but it is only 5 minutes away by taxi from the Oakland Mall. The only other thing was the parking garage is not accessible to our car because the ramp to get into the garage was too steep and scraped the bottom of the car when we tried going down it, so we ended up parking on the street. This is not a big issue, because the whole neighborhood is inside a gated community, so street parking is safe.

Large clean room with a small kitchen to cook. Very clean and comfortable. In a very safe gated community

Kitchen lacked some of the basics like tea towel and cleaning products. Was a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants but not an issue for us as we like walking
