From the moment we walked in till the the day we checked out everyone was very kind and welcoming, very helpful with any question or anything you needed . The two ladies in the front desk and Rodrigo and also the young boy during the night time. The front desk recommended an excellent tour guide for all excursions we needed . Felt very safe in the property , a very homey feel to it. Our rooms were cleaned and cozy. Not a lot of natural light but well for resting after a long day of walking. A beautiful view to the volcan de fuego. Highly recommend

More breakfast selections ,incorporate more traditional dishes. Everything else was excellent

I really liked the location. we went during independence day and the city was very crowded and busy, luckily our hotel was just enough away from the commotion to get a good nights rest. The hotel was beautiful and had views of the surrounding volcanoes. The breakfast was tasty, and the entire staff was very helpful to any of our questions about the city. The property also has parking!

Words cannot describe how beautiful the courtyard and the facilities were. Everything was clean, manicured and well kept, staff was friendly, and accommodations have inspired me to follow much of the decor in my future home.

I loved everything. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this place. Plus the location was perfect!

Very good Hotel, room was super nice and clean, only downside is in the morning there is a big sliding door clunking around for the carport that woke me up several times. Overall very nice and clean place. All the staff were helpfull. Great landscaping as well.

Beautiful property. Our 2bdr apt was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very helpful they had a driver to take you to town.

There was a short walk to center of town but uber was easy to get.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden and reception areas were pleasant and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, would recommend.

It’s a tiny bit outside the center, but also not too far.

It was quiet, it was clean, the staff were great, it was quite nicely located, and the apartment was well furnished.

The kitchen had no cleaning materials. There was no courtesy tea / coffee / milk / paper coffee filters. There was the necessary equipment, but needed shopping for these courtesy requirements.

Charming boutique hotel with lovely terraces, gardens and outdoor gathering areas. The room was delightful for 3 friends traveling together.

Very clean, staff were very cordial, great location, beautiful patio with view to the mountains, breakfast was delicious.

Did not have closet but rather a very small hanging open rack.

Everyone was so nice and we felt more than welcome. It's a beautiful place. And everything is easy to get to. Breakfast is amazing and more than we expected.
