The breakfast was great! A little repetitive but yummy. We liked the space and the staff was wonderful. The room was really spacious and it couldn't have been better located.

The wifi was a little slow and the common spaces were generally uncomfortable. There was an extremely drunk guest that caused a scene, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

My room was comfortable with stunning views .Great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful

It would have been helpful to have a bedside light, not just the main overhead light.

They have purified water available at all times. The staff at the front desk speak English and Spanish. The location is amazing near La Merced Park which is full of street food at night. There is a great coffee shop a few Doors down also. They cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and made the bed.

It's sad to say, but I would have loved stronger coffee with breakfast!

Location breakfast laundry service all great. Francisco the manager spoke perfect English which was a great help in booking tours and shuttles. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we had a fabulous experience in Antigua and the Volcanoes beyond. We were made very welcome and if we came this way again would stay at Hotel Maya is

Really friendly and helpful (we bought multiple great value transfers) the mini roof terrace has a great view of fuego at night. Superb location by La Merced, easy walk up to the hill of the cross. We had a few different rooms over the trip, a massive one and another more modest one. Always tidy. Good breakfast (and they made us up a take away bag for our early departure)

The staff were amazing, great welcome & checked me in early, held my bag for me until the evening for my bus on check out. Room was very clean, best shower since I left Europe 2 months ago, loads of hot water, great water pressure. I was in room 9, nice and quite even on the road & the view was amazing. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, good Wi-Fi for Guatemala. Location was superb right in heart of the town.

The staff were kind, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, the terrace had beautiful views. The room was comfortable and well decorated.

My room was near the entrance and I could hear people coming in late and leaving early. The bathroom was damp with water in the corner and smelled musty.

Good value for money. The breakfast was tasty. Good location, you do not hear the noise from the streets We stayed in this hotel on 3 seperate occasions. Some of the rooms are much bigger and comfortable than others.

The windows are facing the interior and you can you hear everything the other guests are saying in the corridors. The handles on the doors are not easy to use. You can often spend a few minutes trying to open your doors. This also creates a lot of noise. The hotel staff refused to allow us to leave a bag in the storage room whilst we went away for a week. The storage room was big and empty but they would not allow it. Luckily the kind people at New way tours were more accommodating.

good value when in discount, shower with good pressure, great staff, they offered us a breakfast boxes as we were leaving early in the morning, and the man at the reception also watched us until our shuttle came

The staff was lovely and helpful. They stored our bags when we arrived before check in and helped us arrange transport to our next destination. The room was perfect for what we needed: good location, charming atmosphere, comfortable amd easy to come and go. It was a wonderful stay.

The noise in the hotel echos and the room doesn’t really have any separation from it. Especially when guests came back late at night, their voices, footsteps and doors were very loud.
