1. Too over priced for a two star hotel. 2. Dishonesty in advertising. The hotel was advertised at $212. We ended up paying almost $280 for a two star hotel. 3. Hidden fees. Just be honest and don't lie and/or mislead the customers. We all work hard for our money.

Location and price. It is a cute place. The rooms are little on the hot side but clean.

1. No parking available nor a discount promo with nearby parking places 2. Adding 6% for paying with credit card. In today’s economy who carries cash to pay hotels???

Old colonial building with antique furnishings. Pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of drinking water. Desk and chair, reading chair. Nice garden. Great location. Coffee available all the time. Good price.

Our particular room was dark, but we booked at the last minute and other rooms had more light. No breakfast, but there were plenty of nearby places to eat.

The rooms were huge, beds hard but comfortable, lots of comfy pillows, free coffee all day and night. Awesome location in centre of town.

You can hear your neighbours thru the walls and ceilings

No air conditioning, toilet with very narrow space, small window in shower only with no air conditioner, very tough.

Excellent location and friendliness of the staff

My room had no ventilation and it was extremely humid. Very unpleasant, please make one decent window. There was mold in the shower

The location is perfect, the room was clean and neat. The staff was available the moment we need them.

Even when the place was quiet, the windows of my room was just next to the main hallway so we could hear people passing by.

Everything! Beautiful courtyards with fountain, antique furniture. Beautiful big room. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Excellent value.

No directions for the two TV remotes

The staff was very accommodating; making reservations for us for further travel and.excursions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and the facilities were very nice as well. The hotel is located near all sorts of sights and things to do. I would highly recommend

It would be nice if the hotel-sponsored breakfast was closer to the hotel; we just went to the cafe Viejo right there anyway. It's rather difficult to complain, but I'm asked to here. It wasn't the cheapest place but it wasn't too expensive either.

Great location, very nice, authentic looking hotel. Clean comfortable beds. Free filtered water, coffee all day.
