We would stay here again in the future. This is a good budget hotel that is located in a great location. The staff was very kind and helpful. There's also lots of plants in the common areas, which adds to the atmosphere. Like many places in Latin America, we could hear music nearby on one or two nights. However, that's common, so we used earplugs at night and slept fine.

There wasn't anything to place our bags on in the room, so we had to place them on the floor. It would have been nice to have a few small pieces of furniture in the room. There was something like a book shelf, but it wasn't very useful.

The aesthetic was very pleasant with the courtyard in the common area. The room was spacious for our family and the location was great as it was walkable and convenient to everything. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Only issue we had was with the hot water. We had to get the staff to fix it a couple times which they did so I'm glad about that.

Location this place was close to everything. El Arco, parque central, mercado and good restaurants. Hot water in the room was an A plus. You can also see the volcanos.

Rooms are small the previous reviews showed it was noisy we didn’t mind the bell ringing or the bar. We did mind the lady next door screaming while having sex and the other room playing the loud music. Walls are thin.

Super friendly family, lovely location, cozy room. Parque central is just a few blocks away and everything you need such as the markets, cafes and pharmacies are all very walkable.

The airflow in room 9 is a little weak even with a fan so it gets a little stuffy and there is a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that lets a lot of mosquitos in. None of these took away from my expirence significantly and I still reccomend this place.

I've stayed in the posada Doña Luisa several times already and I always enjoyed my stays. The rooms are nice and clean and in a beautiful guatemalan style. The location is very central and there is even a little guest kitchen. The staff is always very nice and helpful and another plus is that they allow dogs and also treat them very kindly. Also if you come by car you can book a parking lot in advance.

I always have been very satisfied in this hotel.

Working space in the room, toilet available outside of the room, well equipped kitchen, nice area to have a coffee, dorms were ok with a curtains for each bed, helpful and nice staff!

In the pictures you can see the pool which is not at the property, windows of the rooms are overlooking the hall, so it's impossible to guarantee that it will be quiet

The location was absolutely amazing! Great for anyone booking with the awesome VHiking agency. One of the pick up locations (Iglesia San Agustin) is literally at the corner of the street. The staff was another reason why our stay was so great! They were all so welcoming and kind!

Very clean and near park

Bar right next to us playing music very late but my room gets knocked on and told we will be kicked out of another noise complaint is made my guy there a band a European folk music jamming outside… we just went back out and joined the bar next door then headed back in after it died down… can win join em

The location was fantastic- very central with restaurants, markets and attractions nearby. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the courtyard common area. I like having the family room for our family of 5.

The beds were quite hard, but it was still a comfortable stay.

Perfect location a couple of blocks from Antigua's Plaza Mayor. Super clean-- people are always sweeping and mopping. Free purified water and a refridgerator for your food. You can also cook in a small, supplied kitchen. We made oatmeal and coffee before setting out each day. No restaurant or breakfast facilities at the hotel

The room was a bit small, and we had four people in two double beds and a single. Not a lot of room to walk around the beds with our bags on the floor.
