Super nice setting, beautiful views from the garden. It sits in the back and you have to go through the restaurant so it is a bit difficult to find. The staff is really helpful and the rooms are super clean. It is beautifully decorated. All main toiletries are provided. Highly recommend!

The first room was next to the restaurant and the smell from the food came in the room. The exhaust was also next to the room and it was noisy. The staff moved us to another room but not with a garden view.

Awesome location. Our room was very spacious and cool temperature wise. The bathroom had a great shower. Beautiful, old building (you will hear your neighbors).

We arrived earlier and one of us was sick, so needed a bed to lay down. They made it possible to check in earlier, which was great and appreciated. However, I feel for the nightly rate you pay, there shouldn't be an extra charge for checking in early. Also we missed some tea/coffee, that is usually included in other (cheaper) accommodation stays. But minor issues, it is still a good option for a more comfortable stay in Antigua.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and felt authentic. Great views of the three volcanoes from the upper floor. It’s close to everything, but that’s true for every place in Antigua. They had complimentary coffee in the morning which is always appreciated. They had a fan in the room too.

There was some noise in the morning which can be a problem if you like to sleep after 7:30-8:00.

The Naïf Hotel is small and cozy with excellent customer service. Richard was at the front desk each day and greeted us with a cheerful smile and helpful information. We especially enjoyed the outdoor garden spaces where we rested and read books. The location is perfect for walking to the Central Park, tiendas and many amazing restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Antigua!

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was very slow. We tried to stream a movie on the tv in our room and it didn’t work very well. The Naïf is undergoing some renovations and it is my understanding that the Wi-Fi connectivity issues will be fixed during the renovation. We were able to easily connect in the garden areas and living room space… just not in our upstairs room.

Naif Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel, with a wonderful location (6a avenida poniente), and if you enjoy walking, you are equally apart (but near) all the main locations in Antigua. Great breakfast service in the restaurant just in front of the hotel, and you need to check it (Hector's Bistro) for food and evening entertainment, with a wonderful staff. Super helpful staff and managers, great stay.

Rooms get very hot even with open windows. Might me a consequence of recent weather everywhere (we were in Naif from 3 to 10, June) and we had to sleep with the big fan they provide, on full speed), also check the toilet buttons, which need a slight adjustment because in some occasions the tank really fills up. Nothing complicated. And reading the reviews, after being there, I can tell you the Bad and Fair reviews are crap.

The location was amazing, the breakfasts were delicious and ample. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The courtyard was a great place to relax and recoup after busy days in the heat and crowds.

Next time I would ask for a room farther back in the hotel. We were across from reception and awakened by early check outs.. Everyone needed to walk past our window to leave the hotel and roller bags on tile floors sound like horses!

I loved the hotel. Naif Hotel is set back behind a restaurant. The restaurant has delicious food and great service as well as the hotel. The rooms were spotless. They surround a quaint courtyard. It is peaceful and quiet with an excellent view of the volcano. We were happy with everything.

Loved all of it and would stay again

The room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was great and the courtyard garden is just beautiful! There’s a great restaurant and bar and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me, right on the 6a calle Poniente near some of my favorite restaurants like Samsara, Rainbow Cafe and Hector’s. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip in 2025!

The gardens in the hotel are absolutely beautiful with a large meyer lemon tree and plenty of seating. Our room was gorgeous with an intricate brick ceiling and comfortable beds. It rained most of the time we were in Antigua, so we spent quite a bit of time in the hotel and we were so happy we chose Naif. There was a nice seating area near the garden where we could eat dinner outside of our room (while staying dry) and the staff was wonderful. We left several things in the room and we contacted the hotel weeks later and they coordinated shipping the items to us in the US. I never would have expected such amazing service, they really went above and beyond.

The attention from staff and the hotel cleanliness were unsurpassed. It's on a prime location (close enough -three blocks?- to Parque Central, but in a quiet zone). Awesome views to the volcanos from quaint, lush patios.

Breakfast is in the restaurant across the street, which was a very good venue and not at all inconvenient; however, the breakfast included in the hotel rate does not cover coffee refills. I am not sure if this was due to the restaurant or hotel management but they could have spent the 20 quetzales per cup to have at least a second cup, as a way of keeping customer satisfaction.
