I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location and breakfast was really tasty. The staff are really helpful and showcase true Guatemalan hospitality. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel San Sebastian.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. I appreciate that they let me come early to drop off my luggage, and the room was already prepared so they checked me in right then. No frills, but clean and comfortable.

Great hotel - breakfast was nice! Centrally located.

Rooms smelt a little weird. Wifi didn’t work in rooms but worked in the restaurant area.

The location

We requested a private bathroom for each of the three rooms we booked (it was one of the filters to look for hotels), but we received 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. They insisted that because the bathroom had a key, it meant it was private, but it wasn't because I was sharing it with the people from the second room we booked.

Daytime staff were pleasant

Wifi was simply awful, everywhere TV didnt show any channels Room very bright and hot in the mornings Waited ages one night to be let back into the property
