This small hotel is conveniently located at the edge of the historic centre of Antigua but still within easy walking distance of all major attractions. It is tastefully decorated, features a lush green courtyard and the room was clean and sufficiently large for our family of four (two double beds).

We initially had the front family suite with a mezzanine floor hosting two extra beds. While the room was great, it was facing the relatively busy and noisy road so we asked to be moved after the first night which the nice hotel staff happily accommodated. The other rooms are much quieter.

Excellent location within walking distance of main attractions in downtown Antigua. Beautiful courtyard and cannot beat value for the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth and they were willing to refrigerate some leftovers for us.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected but had all the basics and a private restroom. There were cockroaches in the room, and mosquitos and flies also got in though the window since there was no screen in the sole restroom window. It could be a bit noisy since the walls were thin and our room was near the lobby. We were not told anything about breakfast (paid or otherwise), but I do not believe it is included with the room.

Host, easy access, good rest

I had to wake up really early after a.long work day to move my car from the parking spot to the astreet because the fee that I paid is just.to an specific hour, after that you need to.find another parkimg spot... that's not ok

The staff was one of the nicest and most helpful I’ve encountered. The hotel was nice enough and was located near every point of interest.

The only thing was that the bathroom was shared even if the description said it was private.

Very friendly & helpful staff, tasty local/traditional breakfast and great location. Beautiful backyard for the days you want to relax in silence and overall a great stay.

The walls are a bit thin so it's easy to hear everything going on around the house but it's quite silent at night so I didn't feel like my sleep was disturbed. The wi-fi is ok to use but not the fastest speed to make work calls and video conferencing.

The location was great near to the cross on the hill walk. 5 minute walk to town square. Breakfast was very traditional and nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and allowed me to check in early. Very secure hotel. Thanks for a short but great stay.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff- could help with transportations as well. Good value for money

A bit noisy from the street in my room, but seemed like that was the only room to the street

it was on a main road but as soon as you enter the building it is so so quiet. beautiful and cozy. very clean. kind staff. great location. less than 5 minutes to the arch. shops and restaurants everywhere. we even booked an Acrea day and they held our luggage when we did the camping trip.

the staff doesn’t speak English but just like a lot of people who work in hôte in guatemala. one of the women didn’t really want me to leave my luggage when I checked out. I finally could do it but with explaining why I needed to do that. the breakie not a lot of choice
