Very good. I got eggs with a little tomato sauce, fried beens, fried plantains, coffee ( +sugar and cream, milk), they kindly delivered it to my room at the schedule time by me.

Depends on the level (perhaps because of what you pay)of your room. Section 1 was very close to the lobby but you have to go down few steps to go to your room. I paid for a level 3 room and I had to walk down many steps , and the restaurant is on level one. Breakfast is not included on level 3, so if you want breakfast to be included talk to them before you make your reservation. The employees are very kind and respectful.

Its in a safe area but there isn't much around the immediate area. Mostly large condo complexes and two apartment high rise buildings. Only two small tiendas and a La Torre Express were within easy walking distance. It is about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the Oakland Mall which has a large variety of shopping, restaurants and Cinepolis. It was a very nice looking facility and the restaurant had good food. Most of the meals were in the Q50 to Q120 range. The meals we ate there were the pasta Alfredo (Q50) and the grilled chicken dinner (Q60). Both were very good. The staff in both the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They have gated parking. The garage in the facility can hold 6 cars and they also have a gated location next door if theres more than 6 vehicles. The attendant was there to move cars between the garage and the gated lot as needed, depending on the needs of the guests. The two times I noticed our car wasn't in the garage, if I told him I was planning on leaving soon or at a certain time, he had our car waiting for us in the garage.

I don't think this is the fault of the hotel but I'm not sure where the noise came from. The morning I woke up, at around 7:30 am, there was a loud banging which I wasn't sure if it came from the room overhead of mine or from the building next door. There was no free purified water like an EcoFilter. Their bottled water was a little pricey (Q15 for 1/2 liter bottle). There was no provision to hang clothes in the room. The one closet / wardrobe had a hanger rod but no hangers and there were no hooks to hand a jacket or other clothes. All in all, these were minor inconveniences, nothing major.

The price was good and I had access to a small balcony which I didn't expect, but I liked it a lot! The location is great, it's very near to many places and even there's a mall 15 minutes away.

The information about the facilities. I didn't use any other services, but I would have probably appreciated knowing what else was on the property.

I stayed for one night before an early flight. My room was four floors down and I had two backpacks and a heavy suitcase. I asked the front desk attendant if I could stay closer to the front because I leave first thing in the morning. They brought me to a closer room which was much appreciated.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's close to the airport and is in a safe area. There is a 24h reception and the staff were kind and helpful in booking taxis. The shower had good water pressure and was hot.

It was a little far from the centre of Zone 10 (35min walk). The front of it doesn't look like a hotel so was a little confusing when we arrived late at night. You have to ring the bell bedside the door to be let in.

We only stayed here for one night and it was a lovely stay. The double rooms are quite small, but very comfortable and perfect for what you need for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and the three flag restaurant in the hotel had very nice food and accommodating staff, we had room service and it was great!

Great location and nice facilities

the light on the hall all night couldn't give peace I scrolled the black out curtains but the light shines on the top , also there's not a Hugh window and it's feel little bet uncomfortable. maybe the can do something and the room will feel more comfortable

Cheap stay and near everything important

bathroom was cleaned but it is not maintained properly. It can easily flood the room if you are not careful enough. So please be careful when using the shower and ensure that the curtain is placed correctly and fits right.

Really wonderful staff! Helped me so much from my discharge from the hospital! Very accommodating!

We loved the place, from the location to the price, everything was amazing! We were able to relax for a nice weekend getaway.
