I liked the location and the facilities, I stayed two nights in a week, at the beggining of the week and at the end of it. Carlos at the reception office was really helpful and kind. This time I was traveling with my family and they gave us a room on the first floor which was good for my mom. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of options to choose. Next time I'd stay with them again. Kevin was very kind and helpful too.

I booked for three people and there were toiletries for two and we had to ask for the third guest.

It is a very nice hotel, and very well located at Zona 10, Guatemala City. The room was quite nice, and the bed was big and comfy. It has a fan and AC which is great. Breakfast is very nice, plenty of options, all well served. Thanks!

Some days there were a bit of noise, as they were renovating the building. Apart from that everything was perfect!

This hotel is located in a good and safe area, zona 10. Plenty of restaurants in the next street parallel. The famous San Martin bakery and restaurant one block. In this hotel you find a lot of wood which gives a touch of luxury. Wooden floor in the rooms but a thick carpet in the corridors so that you don't hear the luggage rolling on the floor. The standard double room I had, has a huge bed very comfortable, a fridge, TV and furniture of brown color which looks like British style. A lot of place to put the luggage and clothes. Bathroom with a bath and shower with plenty of hot water. Toiletries. Good Buffet breakfast self service . We can see that this hotel is well managed. All the personal is very polite and friendly. Good value for money.

Perfect location and nice staff. I remember my last night on 2 March that a staff whose name might be Brian came to my room and asked if I need cleaning service because I put DON'T DISTURBE card on the lock of the door in the morning. This really exceeded my expectations because if the guest put DON'T DISTURBE card on the lock of the door in many hotels, nobody will come to ask if the client still needs cleaning service later in the day, I appreciate it

The choice of breakfast is limited.

The hotel was a short ride from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in early. The impression of the room was average size, dated, but pleasant. The shower was separate but clean and nice, with a large mirror. The room came with a TV and a nice desk and chair to work. The water warning should be adhered to. Bring bottled water for brushing your teeth. Breakfast in the morning is recommended. It was good with different cooked eggs, bread, cereal and fresh fruit. The hotel was within walking distance of the malls and shopping areas. Across the street is an Applebee's, with a St Martins, McDonalds, and Pizza Hut about 2-5 mins walk. The area was very safe without any issues, even at night. I would recommend this hotel and its location.

Provide a hotel-enabled filtration water system for the guest. Update the furniture in the rooms and add more amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves. Provide a bit more comfort with the beds.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, wifi was fast, good location in a safe area. McDonalds and Applebees next door if you need fast food. Some proper restaurants a minute or so walk away. Taxi/Uber ready to use within 1 minute. Staff friendly.

Most of the machines in the gym are damaged or unusable. There are two treadmills - one has snapped in the middle, the second is about to snap. The gym is technically inside, but it's an open air area, so it's very hot at all times. The multi-gym machine has many snapped cables, so only the leg press works pretty much, it's very stiff too - not worth using. The cross-trainer doesn't turn on. For the price of this hotel, the gym needs to be upgraded and maintained.

Great hotel in a safe area with very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Room was exactly what I had expected and the free hotel breakfast was delicious!

My only minor complaint was that the walls were thin and you could hear people in the hallway and people taking showers or flushing the toilet in neighboring rooms. It didn't interrupt my sleep, but was noticeable.

This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

Very close to the airport. You can reach it in 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff were very friendly. Helped us book our onward travel & allowed us to store luggage in the locked room during the day after checkout. The outside roomtop gym was ideal after a long day of travelling Late checkout (midday) always appreciated.

Breakfast was good each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Coffee was good and replenished as was the bottled water. Wifi was good.

Bed was hard as a rock, shower was difficult to use and had interesting pressure and direction. Two things a hotel needs are good beds and a good shower. Also, room had no view.
