Location very good and good cost benefit compared to other options in Zona 10. Room is very comfortable with a lot of space. Breakfast is also good, but depending on the time the room was packed.
The shower was unstable - it varied temperature and strenght, so it could be better.

Breakfast was just OK. Dinner was particularly good. The location of the hotel is perfect and the facilities are well maintained.
Staff could be a bit less cold at the front desk. While guys at the restaurant are awesome and welcoming, I felt the rest of the staff wasn´t.

The property aesthetics were beautiful. The rooms were spacious. Conveniently located to restaurants city center in the market.
I loved everything about the property. There was nothing not to like.

central location, room spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. breakfast was fine. the team were attentive and helpful. the only hotel in Guatemala and Belize that have coffee machine.
the hotel defined by booking as a 5 stars however he was 3 stars. although it deserve more.

There is a variety of food.
That if there are events, for example there is no food preparation to taste, I guess because of capacity but it is not right for the other customers.

I did not have any breakfast there but the place itself was clean and well kept
the noise coming from the surrounding bars it was very loud and disrupting to sleep

I called them to send a taxi to the airport which never showed up, because they never registered my request. Staff need to go the extra mile
