The place was really nice. We stayed at one of the mobile houses at the camping site. The kitchen was quite well equipped and had a full size (4 knobs) gas stove so cooking meals was easy and quick. You can order breakfast or dinner for any day you want (even if you booked your accommodation without a meal plan), you just need to let the reception staff know in advance. We managed without as it was really easy to cook at the mobile house and you can also always walk to the town to get a pizza or eat at a local restaurant. There are 3 supermarkets in the town that you can easily walk to (Penny, Tesco and Spar). We went before the main season has started so it was still a little cold. If you plan the same, I recommend you take warm pyjamas as it does get cold in the mobile house. You can heat it up with the air conditioning, which is what we did, but the air gets dry with A/C so we warmed the house up just a little before going to bed. The mobile houses are positioned in the direction to get the afternoon sun (living room and patio) and the bedrooms get the morning sun. The only disadvantage is that they "sit" with their back to the main playground that is in the center of the camping site so you won't be able to sit on the patio if you need to watch your kids on the playground. Not a big deal if your kids are older. The area felt very safe. As your patio only gets the afternoon sun, your swimming suits might not dry up between the days so bring a couple of them if possible. We stayed outside of the main season, so not all the pools were open but still there were 4 pools available, which was more then enough (1 kids pool, 1 full size swimming pool, 2 pools with warm water - 32 and 38 degrees Celsius. The warmest one has an inside and outside section. All very clean and nice. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Really pleasant experience.

Nice room with comfy bed and air conditioning. Good size of bathroom. The breakfast and the dinner was really good, we've enjoyed the wide variety of food. Wellness and thai massage are amazing. Would highly recommend. The bar and the cocktails are so good.

A really young girl at the reception has no idea of anything. Even why she is there. Can't answer any questions of the guests and always ghost you without realizing you would like to ask for something. She keeps pushing her mobile phone or talking on it. Not a good person at not the right place for her.

Clean and comfortable mobile home, close to wellness facilities. Good location, nearby hiking places. Sauna sessions were very nice, very friendly staff at wellness department.

A/C was not cleaned and smelled bad. No kitchen towel was present and shower water flow was not enough to ignite boiler to start, so if you wanted to have hot water had to turn on another tap (waste of water). Additional sad point (however it's not the hotel's fault, since Spa is under Town hall management) that only one outside pool was open during a peak season long weekend...) and finally a recommendation: a cold water pool is highly required to be built.

All was good, the food, the hospitality, the surrounding area, the spa. We were really satisfied with our stay. Definitely recommend for everybody.

The open air cold pools was closed, there were multiple guests fuming about it, but come on it’s a thermal. When we felt hot, moved to the cold water swimming pool which by the way was really nice 33meter long pool, so we didn’t have problem with the open air cold pool closure.

Being a returning guest, the holel was as good as usual. Pleasant, and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast (except the coffee) with a wide selection of local foods. Excellent cleanliness (as usual).

The restaurants was heavily understaffed, so tables were laid only for the first turn of guests; late guests had to prepare their own tables on a 'help yourself' basis. Diner buffet ran out of hot courses quickly; but to be fair, very good soups and cold meals were available as alternatives.

Nice complex, all in one building. Great for kids.

Mobile home.was not clean, No cups.for coffe. Very difficult to speak with personell and lack of information on arrival e.g. how to go to wellness, how to use lockers etc. Whole system of payments or possibilities to book cost to the room number is very unclear. But in the otherhand, once we found out how whole system works possitive were greater then negatives.

Good location. Nice small thermal spa not very busy, well equipped for kids.

Kitchen in mobile home was poorly equipped- just one cup for coffee, one chair outside on terrace.

The staff is very kind and they all try to do everything for the guests. I felt myself 100% relaxed and I enjoyed the time there. I will go back in the future!

thermal spa is in bad condition and dirty (broken tiles, not working showers etc.), mini-golf playground same. On the pictures it looks all good but reality is not nice.
