- too soft beds and too high pillows (uncomfortably for us) - too warm room (we had the air conditioning off and we were ventilating through the window) - there was no towel under the feet in the bathroom - warm wine (as part of all inclusive) - sometimes a completely meaningless translation into Czech in the dining room (food names)

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also. The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

All together it was a very nice experience ! The staff is helpfull and they do speak every language from around here 😄The food is enough the drinks are enough, very cozy room and clean, our room was a bit hot tho, we are in May so maybe they did not turn on the AC but it was oke. We loved our stay !

The parking place has an extra fee also there is a tourist tax that I found a bit strange. Our room was a bit too hot and I wanted to turn the AC on but it was not working .. but it is still May so I do understand them if they didn't turn it on

Great location, waterpark included, modern good size rooms with fridge, ac & tea/coffee making facilities. Large restaurant with plenty food choices, delicious meals, friendly staff.

Not enough parking space, parking is very expensive, uncomfortable extra bed, not enough towels, robes are all xxxl for females too and very limited alcoholic drinks offer on all inclusive - dreher only on draft and wine, no spirits or cocktails like other hotels.

Spacious room, good cleaning. All inclusive concept is well realised. Good food quality and choice, including vegan and kids options. Some dishes were high-level cuisine. Connection to the thermal facility with many options for relaxation for the whole family. Big green territory.

Pillows need to be changed, too old. It would be great to have bigger spa towels and the possibility to change them. In rainy weather they are always wet.

Kid-friendliness, generous meals, drinks and mealtimes, spacious rooms, fun kids' pools, great playroom for small kids. It's really great in summer, but it's big enough for a few days' stay in winter, too.

Room cleaning could have been more thorough. Charging extra for gym (don't know about sauna) is a bit off-putting if you're booking "all-inclusive".

I though that our room would be a double bed but got 2 individual beds, uncomfortable for sleeping with my husband even been side by side + additional bed for our kid (appreciated). Meals offered were repeated most of the time.

Breakfast was good and plenty. In general there was food all the time. Hotel is directly linked to the spa. Soups were quite good. In general the food was ok. Our room was clean. For us a non all-inclusive option would be better, because the food was just too much, and I rather buy two drinks and get a better service than having argues with the staff in the restaurant to get an all-inclusive beer/wine.

The main courses all tasted somehow the same. Maybe some less dishes but with more varied taste. Not always the chicken breast from the steamer with starchy sauces. Parking costs extra. The staff in the dinning restaurant is mainly interested to get your plates. No one ever asked for drinks, if ordered the staff was quite rude.

The stay at the hotel was absolutely fine, nice staff, clean and spacious accommodation, excellent food.

However, what I have to rate very negatively is the ongoing reconstruction and the non-functioning outdoor swimming pools, when this information was not stated anywhere at the time of booking.

Great place, the fact its really interconnected with the spa is just amazing. The all inclusive dont include all alcohol, just bier (dont drink) and wine. I would not mind to pay a bit more and have also at least coctails (for example with limit per person). Overall hotel is ok, its visible its not new anymore and some small fixes in the rooms would be nice. But nothing serious. Very good noise cancelation in the rooms. Plus is the kids corner as well as possibility to have pets staying with you in the hotel.

The personnel in the resraurant is "trying too hard" taking every piece of dishes instanty from your table, multiple times when you are literally still eating is quite unpleasant...
