Nice hotel located central Gyula. Close to shops and restaurants. Ten minutes walk from castle and baths. Comfortable room,good bed and pillows. Clean bath and good brand toiletries. Good and tasty breakfast selection and very good dinner . Delicious desserts and good coffee. Congratulations to all staff in the kitchen !Nice ,polite staff, specially Patrick and Giani. To conclude a nice hotel worth to visit. I highly recommend.

I didn't like that there were no sleepers and no bathrobes which you expect to have in a four star hotel. And I also didn't like that foreign tourists must pay the parking that is free of charge for hungarians. That's ridiculous and unfair.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city centre, but it was still quiet. The building is beautiful, well-kept and clean. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy. The rom was a good size, spotlessly clean, had a great style and a nice little balcony. Breakfast was exceptional. Wifi is quick and is included in the price. We could also buy discounted tickets to the Varfurdo. We also checked the hotel`s own little wellness area, which is included in the price (once, then you have to pay for it). You need to book this in advance, at the reception. It was very nicely kept and we had a great time.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very good and good pillows. Breakfast and dinner was very good, plentiful and plenty options. All was fresh and very well cooked. Congratulations to all staff in the kitchen ! Very good coffee. All staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, I want to mention Patrick the star of all and Giani also very nice. Bathroom was good size, good quality toiletries and plenty towels.

I was disappointed not having sleepers and bathrobes in the room. In a four stars hotel with such good score you expect to have them.And also is ridiculous to charge foreign tourists for the parking and offer the same parking free of charge to hungarians. Really not fare and ridiculous !

Nice and cosy hotel. The room was spacious and the staff helpful. The location is central. Food is ok, not wide variety but everything is fresh and tasty.

Majority of waiters does not speak English or any other langauge but Hungarian which makes it diffucult to communicate. This is rather inapropriate for a hotel which accommodates many foreigners. Also, dishes names were in Hungarian only which is inconvenient as well. And last but not least, you get two coffee capsules for the coffee machine in your room upon the arrival and they do not top it up which is not a big thing but would be nice to have two new capsules on daily basis. This is my second stay in this hotel and would come again definitely.

Everything was great. There was a parking witch is a big plus. Breakfast was good, but the dinner was really good. And the room had everything it needed. The walk to Aquapark was about 15 minutes with 2 very curious 5yo, but it was nice and shady. The windows had exterior shutters so we could sleep in complete dark which was a big plus for us.

Our balcony got really hot because it was all wood and it was still warm in the evening.

It was my second time and as first time it was again perfect. Very comfortable stay, clean and spacious room. The deluxe suit was very comfortable with a private balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will return for sure. Recommend to anyone who looking for a peaceful and clean hotel with amazing restaurant. Food is very tasty, presented well and good size portions.

It was my second time in Komlo hotel. Is a good hotel, clean ,very polite and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, close to all shops and a short walk to castle and aqua park.

I was disappointed the food was not the same big variety like last time we stayed in the hotel. Really disappointed. But what we were served was good . We need to remember is hard time and inflation in the country. Maybe in better time things will improve.

Hotel is very nice, has a parking on the rear. My room was comfortable, with a living room, bedroom, desk, minibar, shower with toiletries and a balcony. Breakfast is served in the restaurant as a buffet and has good choice of salty and sweet. The restaurant also serves dinner, which has a good menu and the food is tasty. Is it well worth the price!

The bathroom is big enough to have a nice mirror and a nice and wide board. I did not like the wall board: with a door that opens on the right it is uncomfortable to place the beauty case

* The room we chose was in the attic & quite small - more information about each room type on booking would have meant we would have chosen a larger, more spacious room for more money * The food was good & varied but some dishes, such as eggs at breakfast, ran out at least 30 minutes before breakfast closing & were not replaced

The hotel is nice, the rooms was also nice and big. Food at the restaurant was good.

We had a big room with sofa and the bed near the windows. The problem was that the AC could not keep up so it was quite cold. So when we were in the room we only stayed in bed because of the cold. We didn't even watched tv because it was in the other section of the room with the sofa. So having a bigger room in this case was not a good ideea. The room is quite nice and probably perfect during summer but I would not recomend it during winter. Also wifi signal was poor in the room, we used phone data because the wifi was keep disconecting.
