Great facility. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool is good size and made our stay even more pleasant. They serve food and drinks by the pool, which was really delicious. The staff is friendly and super helpful. For example: I forgot my shoes and Lavinia organised all the details for delivering them via courier to my next address where I was staying for a month. This was too service! Highly thankful for her service. Their communication via WhatsApp is prompt and they answer all your questions.

The hotel looks very inconspicuous from the outside. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted by an almost sumptuous and very clean hotel. A highlight for everyone - whether for a private or business trip. You immediately feel at home and it is simply brilliant to be able to include accommodation like this on a business trip. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. Dinner was also very good - I actually wanted to go into town but due to the time of day I decided to have dinner at the hotel. Any time again!

The developers of this hotel have spared no expense in producing a very high standard product. The finishing is to a high standard and everything works as it should - except the hair dryer ! Our apartment - we had 2 dogs with us - was huge and very comfortable. The coffee machine meant that we did not have to bother to go to breakfast.

The actual location is slightly off-putting as you drive there, but once in the hotel you forget that. The water we found to be extremely hard.

Once through the doors you are welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities and room were all top quality : fabulously comfortable bed, lashings of hot water and a full range of top quality bathroom products. They offer a full range of TV channels including sports & Netflix free of charge; which was a bonus during the Rugby World Cup! On site restaurant is open all day till 11pm it’s well priced & serves Italian food in the evening - we had 2 very good pasta dishes : there’s a good wine list of Italian and Romanian wines too. Breakfast was good and varied : good coffee! Hotel parking across a small street.

It’s on the edge of town (and we chose this as we were driving a large car and needed private parking) and one wouldn’t walk anywhere : I say this because we were surprised when we pulled up … but walk through the doors (read above)

The room itself was a decent size, with enough space for us to move around comfortably. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Free parking, which is always a welcome perk when traveling with a car. While the parking space wasn't very spacious, it was enough to accommodate our car and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast selection. The hotel had a great diversity of options, including hot and cold items, fresh fruit.

A hidden Gem! Everything seems to be quite new, an extremely clean hotel with a lovely and welcoming staff, great amenities, including parking and pool, but most importantly the bed is divine. Slept like a baby on a fluffy cloud! Really amazing rooms and a tremendous value per price ratio. A true 5 star experience.

Everything! This is the best hotel we stayed in Romania. The apartment was amazing, veeeeery clean, the staff was very friendly and supportive, excellent breakfast, the garden soooo beautiful! We already recommended this hotel to our friends and if back in Arad, we'll stay here again for sure. Congratulations for such an amazing place!

It have been on a busy street, starting early in the morning. It is advisable to ask for a room with internal yard.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The floors in the bathroom are a bit slippery if wet the dinner menu was rather limited but the food was good and the service excellent very friendly and helpful staff
