The hotel is in an excellent location, about a 15 minute walk from the city center so no need for going there by car and paying parking. Staff was really helpful, the new rooms look amazing and the breakfast had enough choices to start a day properly, though I had wished for some more cereal choices or perhaps prepared fruit.

This is a more personal issue, but the curtains in the hotel were not blackout. This meant that I would get woken up by the light every day early unless I wore a mask. It would be nice if there were different shower heads as the current one shoots water quite hard on the skin.

I loved the ambiance and the neighborhood. A couple of the clerks were super helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pictures on the Internet made it look like there was a key hole shaped Jacuzzi. But it's really just a very small cold pool for cooling down after a sauna. I came all the way from the USA to see my daughter and family and to take in the waters . I have some serious health issues so I truly was looking forward to soaking in the water. I was really disappointed and the person checking me just keep saying unfortunately there is no refund. Multiple times. When I explained about the picture he said I should have read the fine print. Which is true.

A quiet, very well equipped and maintained venue. Exceptionally good prepared breakfast, with a wide variety of foods. Helpful and polite staff, particularily that elder gentleman, serving the breakfast room.

There was some noisy equipment in the basement of the new building, that started working with so much noise at early dawn. There's almost no possibility to have a decent diner nearby as the Belgian Pub closed recently.

The wellness and gym was very tiny and empty. Breakfast was run out of options if we arrived late, did not get refilled.

The room was large with a comfortable bed. The advantage is that there are plenty of parking spaces in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good.

The ventilation in the bathroom does not work, but luckily you can ventilate through the window.

Cute house with an antique look inside and outside. Many historical objects around the reception. Even thought the furniture seems a little outdated, everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and staff kind. Recommend!

The shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom so water would cover a large portion of the floor

Although the building is a period villa, the room facilities are absolutely modern. It is located in a quiet area, a short distance from the city center.

The room was outstanding, the bed very confortable and a great shower. We even had a nice terrace but it was too hot to enjoy

The aircon failed and i had to restart it every few hours but it didn't made the experience worst.

The room was in the new building, which was just across the street from the main building. It was specious and tidy, with a small minibar. Parking was next to the building, behind closed gates. Breakfast was good mix of cold and hot meals. Good selection of cereals and soft drinks. Fruit was not exactly fresh but it was still eatable.
