This hotel surprised us, it exceeded our expectations for the price- value ratio, since it was off-season, the prices were very good, but we went for the spa section mostly and it exceeded our expectations. You can even pay by bitcoin that is adapting new technologies what i appreciate, the breakfast was very decent everything seemed freshly made, nice coffee machine, variety of teas, cheeses, hams, eggs, pastries, some yogurts, juices - the normal continental type it was alright. The rooms were very clean the bathroom as well, since the hotel wasn't very large the windows could be opened which were good since the heating was working too good it was very warm inside, despite setting the temperature lower. The spa had a very large heated jacuzzi, a decent swimming pool, a huge dry sauna, with sauna sessions, salt room, infrasauna room, everything you need for a spa. The spa area was very large airy space which I liked a lot. Sadly didn't have time to try out their massage services since we went to visit the city as well didn't have enough time,

They do not have enough marketing for how good this was - I contacted them beforehand we could have made some ugc content that they could use on their social media - the spa area was much better than we anticipated, sad they do not use fresh and new type of marketing only the "old way"- same for website

Can be better breakfast choice. No kettle in room. No choice of person who doing massages. Planned do more massages but prefer woman. Don't like way how was done massage. Very strong-too strong smell of chlorine in pool area. Not used pool because of strong smell of chlorine. After sauna used shower cabin- next door after salt room. Probably drain was blocked because on floor still was water from previous person who used shower.

Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the cave bath. The hotel facilities are very nice, modern and everywhere was clean. We had a nice big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There was good internet connection. The spa facilities were excellent we really enjoyed everything, I personally liked the salt-room. We stayed there half board. The food was excellent, with a great choice of various hot and cold dishes, lots of fruits, cakes, ice-cream and various hot and cold drinks to follow. There was live music during the evening meal. From the moment we entered the hotel all the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time there and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Generous breakfast, polite staff. The spa and wellness center was okay and there were only a few people there. There are a couple of free parking lots in front of the hotel. If all the lots are occupied, there is parking in the courtyard, but for a fee.

We missed a coffee maker or at least a hot water kettle in the room, which we are used to in many other 4 star hotels.

A very pleasant hotel, close to the park and also near the Elipsum aquapark. We were satisfied with the breakfasts and dinners. The hotel also has its own parking spaces. We recommend it.

The manhole cover on the street was loose. Every passing car caused a loud noise... bang bang.... The noise disturbed a peaceful sleep. It was not the hotel's fault, but it was unpleasant.

Comfortable room, very big. Good temperature control during a hot summer week. On site parking reasonably priced. Good dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. I didn't use the spa facilities but they're included.

The property was very clean, the staff was kind and the facilities provided were also great. I recommend checking out the gym (which is small but the equipment is modern), and the wellness area is exceptional.

Everything was great! A very good location, close to Cave Bath 10 min walking & opposite Ellisum another SPA location. The room at the hotel was clean, warm, comfortable bed & pillows; the bathroom was clean; towels & bathrobes provided in the room for the swimming pool & jacuzzi area.. which was also great! The food in the restaurant was good cooked and tasty.

The location was great, 10 min walk to Cave Bath& opposite to Ellipsum(another Spa location).The food was top-notch, and having a pool and spa on-site was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the room was spotless and cozy. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

All in all good 4☆ hotel for reasonable price. Good location, near "Cave bath"

Staff speaks very poor english but as we noticed that is normal there. We didn't find anyone with fluid english anywhere.No EC charger availble, so guests with electric car have a problem.
