The room was clean and comfortable! The staffs speak English and supported us kindly. One of staff took us to the room and showed us it. There are three parkings, I parked my car behind the hotel with a gate. It took 4000ft / night. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool in the hotel. There were more than 3 kinds of pools and saunas. After dinner,we visited a big park near the hotel and enjoyed walking. The Mishkolz Cave Hot Springs are really close to this hotel so we walked to the cave. The staff told me that the guests who stay the hotel could buy a ticket for the cave hot springs!That's why we didn't need to be in line! Thanks to this hotel, I had a good time with my family.

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel that is very close to the cave. The closeness of cave was very important to us because we traveled with little kids. We tried the local bus connection to the city centre. The bus stop is around 200 m from the hotel. Take a bus number 20 to the city centre. It takes about 25 mins there. Breakfast is very good, you can choose from the buffet. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

We had a room on the 1st floor but there are many stairs to get upstairs. Jacuzzi could have warmer water.

At first we had room number 153, attic it was found that the air conditioning does not work. They promised that when we return from dinner, everything will be fixed. Zial, the repair was not possible immediately, so we got another room. The room was number 113 and was beautiful, perfect, flawless We thank the staff for being friendly and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back. Breakfast was very tasty and rich in choice for everyone! The coffee was very good! wellness full of perfection all day long! Parking in a nearby building, for payment! Free parking is under a camera protection system!

After checkout other guests received a complimentary gift bag, my wife and i didn't. Rooms are claimed to be soundproof but could hear our neighbour watching telly at midnight. The door of our room creaked very loudly everytime opened and closed. Water was not provided with the meals, had to buy bottled

The Spa area i very good and clean. The rooms are spacious and confortable with king size bed. The position is perfect for the silence and especially to go to the cave Spa. only 3 min. walk

There is no lift, for me was not a problem but in a 4 stars hotel is quite strange. The say thet are pet friendly but i had some inconveniences: after booking and confirmation for a superior room, they told that did't have any more rooms available for dogs. so they put me in a standard room. the dog was not allowed in the breakfast hall.

Best location, just across the street from the Cave Baths. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Excellent quality culinary experience. Perfect view from the third floor balcony. Nice and relaxing hotel pools and wellness area. Free parking behind the hotel. Very safe area. Polite and professional staff.

A lot of facilities in the spa. Nice stuff. A nice park just across the road.

The water in the spa and the hot tub was quite cold. Not enough vegetarian options at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant of the hotel was very expensive cost almost like a room in the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Cave Bath. The room was spacious, warm and the bed confortable. The staff was friendly and answered all our requests in a matter of minutes.

The daily cleaning of the room (towels, rubish) occurred late, after 15.00 when usually people tried to rest a bit (and a couple of time we had to request it), the four star room could have been equipped with an electric kettle for a tea/coffee and at departure, when I wanted to pay the invoice, I discovered wrongfully included services (deleted when shown the error).

The hotel is in a good location near Cave Bath. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious only the prices in restaurant for drinks are a bit higher. The wellness was great, a lot of possibilities to relax(pool,jacuzzi, sauna and steam room)+ gym. Parking space behind the hotel.

For 4 star hotel I will expect that the rooms will be more spotless. I was in 3 star hotels and there were on higher level with cleaning than this hotel. Also bathrobes for wellness should be better, more thicker (because when it became wet I felt cold in it).
