The breakfast was excellent, especially considering the price. It exceeded expectations and was a great value for money. As a guest, I also appreciated the free coffee available on the terrace outside of breakfast hours, which was a really nice touch.The location was perfect, very convenient and close to everything I needed. It made getting around really easy and enjoyable.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The noise from the rooms above was quite noticeable, especially in the morning when the cleaning staff were working — it could be disruptive. Also, the room felt a bit stuffy until the terrace door was opened for fresh air. Other than that, everything was fine.

This property is a little oasis with super clean and modern facilities and an extremely comfortable room. We took the suite with 2 bedrooms that was ideal for parents and kid sleeping separately. Really nice bathroom with even a washing machine and the kitchenette with fridge is everything you may need, all new and modern. Super comfy beds and fully controllable air-conditioning. I loved the modern-mediterranean vibe of the whole hotel, the café and superb breakfast with friendly staff to go with it.

Location is awesome, ample space for parking and easy access to the property even in the middle of the night. We received a detailed instruction about how to get in and get the keys. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. We had ants in the room, plenty of them, not sure from where.. Breakfast is lovely, food selection is satisfactory and the pricing is fair. The 2 ladies in the cafeteria are awesome. Fanni and F. Cintia made the real difference to our stay because they are attentive, funny, caring and they were going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They are true gems and I hope the management takes good care of them, they deserve it! Overall great experience, will return again in the summer.

It was extremely warm in the rooms and there was no option to control the heating in the room, apparently it was centrally controlled.

The room(s) were all new, all modern fittings, excellent bathroom, nicely fitted out, lovely big TV's with Netflix, balcony with chair and tables, nice cafe with huge fresh breakfast, clean, tidy, good parking, well lit rooms.

Noisy road nearby (but if the windows are shut you do not hear anything as it's triple glazed), coffee/tea items were not replenished, room not serviced/cleaned properly everyday. Not located near anything walkable but if you are there for work it's close to the motorways and a few big stores.

We stayed at Mokka House Panzió twice on our way to Poland and when we returned back home because we liked everything about the place: nice rooms and beds, ample free parking space, and the Lidl supermarket within walking distance (5 minutes or so). We particularly appreciated the very nice and helpful staff at the reception, the complimentary coffee upon arrival and, last but not least, the huge and delicious breakfast.

Transit location, good access. Close to the main street but surprisingly quiet. Great cafe on the ground floor. Secure internal parking. Comfortable rooms. Overall service, culture, professionalism and the beautiful smile of two young women from the Cafe/Reception - priceless! I would like to have such employees in my own Company 10/10 Overall: great place to stay :)

There were no such things. As soon as I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here !

new and clean rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff, parking was free and inside the area, 10 min drive to the Cave Bath in Miskolc-Tapolca. Overall it was much better than expected, it is equivalent to a small 4-star hotel with a much better price than hotels in the centre of Miskolc.

Location way great for our plans and trips around. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpfull and breakfast was fine altought is the same every morning and we stayed couple of days.

The breakfast was phenomenal. They had a small buffet set up, but also provided with freshly cooked eggs and hungarian breakfast sausages. Coffee was a 10 on 10

Shower leaked a little but, but really was not a big deal. Everything was great. Beautiful panzio. Staff was delightful 😊
