Very quiet location with wonderful parking behind a power gate. Nice new building with new rooms that are very clean, fresh and efficient. The room has great air conditioning.  Very comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Fast and easy to connect to WiFi with a nice desk and chair. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, makes the stay very enjoyable. Helpful clerk at check-in who spoke wonderful English and was very nice and helpful. A very nice day from start to finish and I would love to stay here again.

‏The girl at the reception was very, very wonderful. She speaks English wonderfully. She is very cooperative. Her personality is wonderful and makes you feel that you are at home. The rooms are very clean. The place is wonderful. The parking is excellent. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. I loved the place and I will come back.

The staff were very friendly and created a family atmosphere. They spoke excellent English. The room was very clean and tidy. Secure parking was available inside. Everything for a very reasonable price. The apartments are a short walk from the centre. Key collection and drop-off were hassle-free.

I really liked the building – it was beautiful and modern. The rooms were very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. I was satisfied with everything. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is also excellent – I could easily reach the accommodation from the city centre on foot.

Fantastic place in Miskolc to stay. Apartment is very nice and quiet, and like new. Parking is private. You can get in and out when you want, but your car is away from the street. The staff is amazing.

It had all we wanted and more for a one night stay. The room is very well equipped and spacious. Free parking outside. The building is far from the high way (no too far) which was a nice change after sleeping in noisy motels on our road trip. Good value for money! We received clear instrucions on how to get to the room and the staff/ owner was very responsive.

The smell but I imagine it is hard to get rid of it and it is not a disaster. Also, you cannot have it all especially in such a good price.

I was a guest in the M70 Apartment 4–5 times already, and I always found the accommodation very modern, quiet and clean. The location is great, ideal for families, the city centre is within a walking distance, but you can also take the tram to get to the city faster. There is an Aldi within 5 minutes walk, which is open every day. I found the private and closed parking very safe and comfortable.

Excellent staff Big rooms, good bed, we had few rooms'.. the apartment and standard room Both are good. Apartment also had a small usefull kitchen . Inside closed gate huge private parking. Good value for money. 5-10 mins walk from aldi supermarket.

No frills apart hotel at a very very affordable price. No breakfast and a bit tricky for parking, but clean and comfy.

Parking was a bit tight, but there was a full house. There were 2 teabags for us 2 for a 2-night stay. Neighbourhood is so-so but walking distance to city centre.
