I stayed at Bali Boutique Rooms in Nyergesújfalu while passing through on a cycling trip. The room was spacious for one person (and perfect for two) and the staff kindly allowed me to store my bike inside. The décor is bohemian and stylish, with a separate bar and restaurant on-site. The air conditioning was adequate and much appreciated in summer. The kitchenette had a fridge and sink; I personally would have preferred a microwave over a toaster, but that’s just my American habit. A well-stocked grocery store is within walking distance. The surroundings are more community-oriented than scenic, but the friendly staff and inviting interior make it a standout choice in town. I would gladly stay here again. Rating: 4/5

The staff were very friendly, and the place has a refined vibe due to its tasteful decor.

Walls are paper thin, and the majority of guests were families. Waking up to the sound of a baby crying and an army of kids yelling and running around very early in the morning wasn't ideal. The restaurant functions as a reception, so the few and overworked staff simply couldn't look after refilling the breakfast bar, cleaning the tables, and checking out guests at the same time efficiently. The bathroom needs a renovation.

It seemed too good to be true..... but it wasn't. Spacious room... good ....no... excellent food... despite the Indianisian name and decor there in no Indianisian food on the extensive and varied menu but the three evening meals we had were really good and the food at other tables looked good too! The bar restaurant area was very attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was also well worthwhile.. and not expensive. Friendly staff.

I would have to look really hard to find somthing negative to write about Bali. Maybe worth noting that the village itself is in no way interesting....

There was a restaurant, so we could eat dinner and have breakfast without needing a car since we were on a bike tour. The receptionist was also kind enough to let us put our bikes in the more-secure laundry room. Initially, he wanted us to put it on the property outside in the backyard, but he could read our body language that it would be a problem. Kudos to him.

Just a very minor "complaint", but we couldn't put the dinner tab onto the room, so we had to make 2 separate payments. My guess is that the restaurant dinner operation must be run by another business, but I don't know.

Very nice little place. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would I stay again? Yes.

Room was missing an ironing board, and I could not get Wi-Fi to work in my room (not even sure it was available truth be told). Bed was far too hard for my liking.

Surprising little oasis in the most unlikely of places. Bar, restaurant and staff were excellent. We were really well looked after by George.

No secure cycle storage. The bikes were outside chained to a fence. They were probably pretty safe given the location.

The most beautiful dog friendly hotel that I have ever been. Excellent design, excellent people working there, excellent meal at restaurant, beautiful and calm neighborhood. A place to return!

Great location, very detail oriented. It is in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood, and it stands out for its decoration, plants and overall atmosphere. Also the restaurant is worthy of a visit, with good food and ethnic food options.

Food and drinks were very tasty and the room was great. The terrace is really nice and there's loads of green space nearby, which is great if you're traveling with a dog.

Staff are individually very friendly and seem to be working hard. There doesn't seem to be any manager present, so certain things seem to be working inefficiently.
