Great position near the lake. Close to the center of the resort. The hotel also has a nice courtyard with access to the lake and walkable area around it. Close to the highway so a very nice alternative for overnight stay.

The communication could be improved, there is a language barrier. The breakfast is very basic. Water should be available on the self service table. The self check-in steps and guidance can also be improved. The room was a bit tired with some elements not in their place or not working as expected(e.g. door blocker was pulled out, shampoo bootle from the shower was not working, heating system in the bathroom was not working)

The location is great, the rooms are clean and the area is very calm but not too remote from the town, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is very good and everything is fresh.

The waste containers in front of the building were overloaded and the rubbish was spreading around the yard. Probably the local waste management policy problem, not the B&B management fault.

We had a close up view of the lake. There was a walking path next to the hotel that went along the lake and had wonderful restaurants. The room was spacious and had a heating rack so we could wash and dry our clothes

It was just a little noisy because there was apparently some kind of girls' party, but everything was fine.

The room is not big but clean. Location is good. Chocolate croissant during breakfast was good. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful lake.

Bathroom and room amenities could have been better. Wish we had the lake view room but we did not know until we got the key. Breakfast spread were limited and it was not replenished although we had not taken it yet.

Everything was good, the breakfast was great, better than expected. The was a language barrier but nothing to worry about.
