The receptionist (Dory) was so pleasent and accommodating. Super friendly and helpful. We were able to put our bikes in a locked secure garage. The hotel is a classic European with a room that matches the vintage of the hotel. Huge bathtub in our bathroom if that's important to you. (#28)

The mini bar was a little noisy but with the Air Con on you couldn't hear it. Okay, why do some places not have some sort of glass wall or screen setup to prevent the shower water getting everywhere. It was definitely a shower as the attachment to hold the shower head was eye level on the wall. Puzzling.

We were warmly welcomed by the property owners. our room was ready, the place for our bikes was prepared and our room was very nice. Also when we checked out in the morning we received wonderful and kind service. In short, we recommend this place - especially as bikers it is great that there is a special place to store your bike over night.

There was a lot of noise outside of our room during the night. Seemed liked people were having a serious fight. Of course this could have been simply bad luck of that particular night and is not something that could be allocated to the hotel.

I booked this hotel whilst on the road driving to Bg. I arrived quite late but it was still staffed. The staff spoke very good English and helped us immensely when we got clamped outside the hotel. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and wifi available.

Parking is on the street, but very busy. We arrived in the Dark and parked in a disabled spot and got clamped by local police. It cost 150euro to get it released, which I feel was absolutely mad! Cash only! The tv did not work due to pour reception? The bathroom was very wet due to a high pressure shower but no door.

Breakfast was to my satisfaction. All the food was enough and good. Good standard, like elsewhere in the EU. The service on the reception and at the restaurant as well is very nice, the environment is also pleasant. The location of the hotel is an absolute advantage, it is located right in the center of the city.

The corridor leading to the room was a bit long, probably due to the floor plan of the building, but nothing can be improved with that. Otherwise everything was OK. Perhaps a little old fashioned furniture in the room. I missed a luggage table there.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located with such friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was also fantastic.

This is just a small comment-the coffee served at breakfast might have been decaffeinated. I had 4 shots of espresso and felt like I had no coffee at all. Otherwise the breakfast was great.

Banderium is a perfect spot for a stopover while cycling the Danube. It is close to the trail and very close to Komarno's lovely historic centre. Check in was easy, English was spoken with a smile and the room was very confortable.

The outdoor seating area was adorable! The rooms were spacious and clean. Even though the furniture was a bit dated, the bathroom was modern and large. Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent with hot and cold items. The location was outstanding and convenient for exploring the city. Parking was on the street for a small fee. Dogs allowed. Nice park across the street with a fountain and seating.

I have never seen a nicer staff. It was obvious that they wanted to solve every problem we had as quickly as possible. Check-in after midnight was no problem. We were even told that late check-out is possible if we need it.

I missed a shower curtain. But that is a detail. Also as you are in the centre of Komárno, it is possible to hear drunk voices from outside in the middle of the night.

The hotel is close to Komarno center and also to the Hungarian side, Komárom. It was a nice walk from the train station. The room was huge - more than enough space to feel cozy - and superclean. The bed is hard enough for my style, felt really comfortable. Prices of the minibar are acceptable. Restaruant was also fine. Staff was really nice and helpful.
